+ -1 morePatrick Nicolello from Prestige realty credited back $5856.50 to my wife and I (Purchasers) which was half of their commission (1.5%). We also had some questions around zoning and permitting on the property we bought and Patrick was able to work with the zoning and permitting office in Phoenix to get all documents we needed. We were very satisfied and the 1.5% really came in handy to make move-in modification to our new house... I strongly encourage you to use them for your real estate agents, remember the 1.5% credit...
