Description of Work: They bid $18,000 for a project then as we made decisions and were in final contract stages they played the balloon pricing game with me. I tried to be reasonable and asked to meet twice for explanation but it simply came down to when they were a day from locking me in they wanted more money for the same work without wanting to justify thousands of dollars! I agreed on any extras and they still wouldn't be reasonable. I lost two other stucco companies in the process that were excellent and well qualified. Then they walked and backed out and left me with no one. It was very unprofessional.
