 + -1 moreTHE GAL THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PRECISE ABOUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH OUR GARAGE DOOR OPENER. FRANK WAS VERY HONEST ABOUT WHAT HE WOULD REPLACE OR FIX. THE LABOR CHARGE WAS HIGH, BUT THE CHARGE FOR THE PART WAS LESS THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED ON THE PHONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED LIFT MASTER CIRCUIT BOARD AND REPROGRAMMED OUR REMOTES. FRANK ALSO LUBED OUR CHAIN BECAUSE IT WAS QUITE NOISY. HE ALSO SHOWED ME HOW TO REPROGRAM OUR REMOTES AND KEYPAD.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE TO REPAIR OLD OPENER. ADVISED ME THAT BUYING A NEW ONE WOULD BE CHEAPER. QUOTED ME A PRICE FOR THEIR BRAND AND ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I BOUGHT ONE ON MY OWN THEY WOULD INSTALL AND COVER THE WARRANTY ON IT. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN THE APPT TIME TO THE HOUSE. THEY CAME BACK AND INSTALL THE NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER WITHOUT ME HAVING TO COME HOME. WORK WAS EXCELLENT, EXCEPT FOR THE DUST ON THE GARAGE DOOR.
Description of Work: REPLACED OLD GARAGE DOOR OPENER. HUNG NEW GARAGE DOOR OPENER. REPLACED ALL FIXTURES. INSTALLED OUTSIDE KEY PAD TO ACCESS OPENER WITHOUT THE REMOTES.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME OUT QUICKLY (NEXT DAY) AND SPENT A COUPLE OF HOURS WORKING ON MY SLIDING DOOR - VERY FRIENDLY AND ALSO CONCERNED ABOUT DOING A QUALITY JOB. LATER, WE HIRED THEM TO GO UP TO PRESCOTT AND FIX MY IN-LAWS' SLIDING DOOR.
Description of Work: FIXED SLIDING GLASS DOOR SO THAT IT GLIDES ACROSS TRACKS. THEY TOOK THE DOOR OFF, PUT ON NEW ROLLERS, RE-DID THE TOP OF THE DOOR.
