+ -1 moreLowery’s Glass not only made one set of screens for our house BUT TWO! First set of screens were installed and then after doing the walk around almost all screen frames were damaged/scratched. Joe (owner of the company) agreed to make a new set which was highly regarded. Joe told us the second set of screens would be expedited and ready in one week…well $1200.00 and 3 months later the new “second set” of screens were finally installed (August 2022). BUT it’s now been not even 4 month with our new “second set” of screens and 2 of 5 screens are no longer tensioned and wave like flags in the wind. Beware of this company before doing business with them! *apparently I can’t post my review without giving the company a “star” so regretfully a star was given*

+ 0 moreThe gentleman arrived on time and called in advance to let me know he was coming. He did a good job and the door slides very nicely now.
Description of Work: A sliding glass door needed to have the rollers replaced, as it was difficult to close and open.

+ 0 moreFantastic! They came out right away to measure door/window that needed to be replaced. It was larger than what they had in stock - but they put in order right away. As soon as the door/window arrived they came and installed! Very quick response and turn around time! They even cleaned up the HUGE pile of broken glass. I have used Lowery's Glass on several occasions - for myself personally as well as for many of my Real Estate clients. They are always extremely kind and helpful! Everyone in the office and field are professional and helpful! Kimberly even sent me a NICE reminder email when I had not paid the invoice :) They do great work!

+ -1 moreIt went very good. They showed up when they said they would. They were polite and courteous. They explained everything that they were going to do. They did everything they said they would. They provided very good customer service.
Description of Work: They repaired all of the trim pieces that hold my glass in to the frames on the glass doors that lead out to my deck. They also installed some sun screens.
