Description of Work: I called them for a quote, they came out, looked at the area and told me they would get back to me by the following Tuesday (this was a Thursday). Tuesday came, they told me that they said it would be another day or so. They never sent a response or proposal. They came highly recommended by a friend of mine, so I thought they would work well, unfortunately they never got back to me.
