 + -1 moreUNBELIEVABLE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! We recanted our review last time due to the lack of communication and response, not this time. How do companies stay in business with these type of ethics? We used this company to maintain some weeds last year however, @@@@ will freeze over before we use them again. Weeds are out of control and we cannot get a hold of company that WAS going to maintain them. Yelp, Facebook, Angie's list and Home Advisor will receive this same review! I know we all get busy but this company has made no attempt to " Right a Wrong". Thanks Landscape Doctors! Karma really is a @@@@@ huh!!!!

 + 1 moreAfter initial phone call, Eva showed up and did the inspection. After discussion, agreed on price for fertilization and a promise of an emailed quote. Quote was never received. Waited two weeks for phone call. Had to call them. Did not return call, and called again. She called back and said she would email quote. Never received. Called her again and set a date for her to come by. Was an hour late for appointment but did perform service. I expected her husband, the botanist, to show up, but she did all the work by herself. I expected better service from an Angie's list member. Will have to wait several months to see effectiveness of fertilization.
Description of Work: Inspected 3 queen palms and recommended fertilization program. Performed fertilization and applied some fertilizer to fruit trees at no charge.

Description of Work: Took a while to get the appointment scheduled through e-mail. Once accomplished, was kept informed of arrival time. Service was deep root fertilization of a very large pine tree. Done well for a reasonable price. I would use this company again. Both owners very informative and personable.

Description of Work: We had a couple of trees that were covered with bugs and the stuff the nursery recommended didn't help at all. We had Landscape Doctors come out to treat the trees. Hasn't been long enough to tell if all the bugs are gone, but I'm sure they will be b/c they did a thorough service to treat the trees. They are extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us to go through a full assessment of the trees in our yard and provided a ton of helpful advice. Only issue was with scheduling and my appointment getting pushed out a couple of times, but it was worth the wait.

Description of Work: Fantastic service. Treated 3 trees and a dozen shrubs that were ailing. Deep watered and fed. Gave us a a free lecture on the care of all are trees and plants which was worth more than we paid.

 + -1 moreHe really knew what he was doing. I had one tree that was very sick and I think he's gonna be able to save it. His prices were fair. He was punctual and professional. I'd recommend his services to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a number of trees which I knew had some problems. Either they were sick, they had been trimmed improperly or they were not getting enough water. I needed someone to come and take a look. Specifically, I had some large Queen Palms that needed some attention. I found Landscape Doctors at the recent Home and Garden show in Phoenix, I talked with a number of "tree guys" at that show and Andy was not only the most professional, but also seemed the most knowledgeable. He is a horticulturist/botanist by education so that certainly helps. It doesn't hurt that he's friendly and doesn't make you feel stupid for not knowing anything about what's growing in your own yard. He analyzed each tree's situation and gave me some quick training on what each one needed.
