Our hot water heater went out the night before we were to go on vacation. Impact Plumbing contacted me immediately and was the ONLY company that would give us an estimated cost of the job without coming to the house to do a free quote. They were significantly cheaper than the other companies, had EXCELLENT customer service and communication, installed a quality product, and came in exactly at their estimate. Carlos changed the hoses and did everything that needed to be done at no extra charge. We will definitely use them again, and would refer them to anyone.

They are one of the best I worked with. To start with Carlos was on time for the job. He came a day before to the job site to check and make sure that I have enough room and clearance to move the old water heater and proposed the measurements for the new model. I picked one model that is not available with them.. So he helped me to get it from Homedeport and came to home On time next day to install the heater. He did an amazing job in installing the new heater and haul away the old one. After the work is done, he cleaned up the whole place (in my garage) and left it in a better shape than he walked in. I am very much impressed with hi/o Work and professionalism and will recommend to an one with their plumbing needs.
