Carlos replaced two water heaters for us. He was the only contractor that I contacted for a bid that actually came to my property to evaluate the install and then gave me a very fair price quote. He showed up right when he said he would, did a very high-quality installation and cleaned up after the job was finished. Although it took two trips to complete the job, Carlos did not ask for any additional money and I paid exactly what he quoted, even though the install turned out to be a bit more complex than originally thought. Highly recommended.
