It was all done well and in a professional manner.

Just met him on this job, super nice guy, right on time, very knowledgeable, and goes that step beyond what is expected. I hired Marvin to clean gutters and install gutter guards. While he was up on my roof he noticed and snapped pictures of other issues I had....overgrown limbs and some masonry problems on my chimney. I had him trim the limbs at a very reasonable fee. Because he ran out of time the first night, which was about 92 degrees, he agreed to come back on Saturday....Saturday was a monsoon and I really expected him to postpone, I looked out the window and he was on his ladder with his rain jacket on...Can't say enough good things about this guy and his work ethic.

Scheduling was a breeze with Marvin. He looked up our house on Google to come up with an estimate for the work and scheduled a time immediately. He kept me informed via text messages and arrived promptly. Marvin was thorough and professional. He came with his own trash bag and collected all the trash from the gutters. I think he did an excellent job and would not hesitate to hire him again. I think what he charged for his service ($150) is reasonable - we have a two-story house, and some areas were somewhat hard to access. A tall ladder was required to complete the job.

He was very responsive in calling me back to set a date for the work. When he showed up, he got the gutters cleaned very quickly & managed to cram all the junk into the trash can. He even moved the trash bag to our big trash bin for me. He came back later with a new downspout extension & installed it quickly. Very friendly, but he also made sure he got the work done. Prices very reasonable.

All went well. Easy to get scheduled, and kept us informed about arrival times, etc. Did a nice job very efficiently.
