Great guy and excellent service.

Setting up the appointment was very easy and we received email reminders of the appointment. Both phone and email communication was excellent. On the day of the appointment the technician showed up on time and performed the job quickly, cleaning up afterwards. The difference in air quality was instantaneous. We only had one area of the house cleaned, definitely will call them back to take care of the rest.

Awesome! He came on time, did a great job on cleaning all 12 of my air ducts. Our air flow in the house is so much better!!! I would recommend this company to my family.

They started to clean some of the vents, and let me know that the vents were already very clean and didn't need to be cleaned. They didn't charge me for what they did, I was very surprised at their honesty and customer service, very rare. I will definitely be referring them.

Had trouble scheduling first but after talking with the owner everything ended OK.

Very professional. Great price I didn't read fine print for the $110 offer so I had to pay extra for more than 10 vents. But I still feel it's a great price. In and out quickly.

Lance arrived and explained exactly what he was going to do. He spent 2 hours cleaning our 14 air ducts. When he was finished he explained again what he was to do and exactly what he did. He shared pictures of our ducts before and after. He did not leave a mess. I would recommend them and use them again.

I left them a message five days ago and they never returned my call. They are not very professional.

It was okay. I thought maybe it was a little expensive for the job they did. I wasn't unhappy with it. I didn't pay them for than the "Big Deal." It was a good price.

Wonderful service man! Efficient, on time, knowledgeable, respectful of the veterinary practice and especially concerned about the cats in the hospital and the noise. He was great!

It went well. He cleaned everything to my knowledge. I had a few additional ducts that weren't included in the deal, and he charged me per ducts. It seemed like a very good value.

I did not watch so I do not know how thorough it was. He opened up the registers so we get more air flow. I am happy with what was done for the price I paid. .

What a fantastic company. The provider was extremely well-mannered and thoughtful. He not only did all the ducts and the dryer duct which a lot of companies don't do but he went out of his way to reset every improperly set air vent in the house. He showed me why our air flow was so poor and explained the difference between a properlly set air vent and an improperly set one. He did them for us out of courtesy. We will see a much better use of cool air circulation from our air conditioner during the summer without it labouring and draining our cash flow. The heat as well would work better because the air flow circulation would be much improved. He also hooked up our dryer to the proper vent as opposed to the water vent we had going that made a horrible mess. Because it was a very cool day and our house was cold I turned on the heat after he left the same setting that I'd used the day before when it was cold. Amazing absolutely amazing I had to turn down the setting because the heat flowed in abundance, an abundance that this house has never known in the 10 years it has existed. This company sure earns it's name "Honest Air Duct Cleaning". They give their title its true meaning. I sure got a lot of eduction, courtesy, and a great deal. Honest Air Duct Cleaning showed up on time, cleaned the ducts and even my dryer vent. The tech was professional and honest when I asked how often this service should be done.

Lance was very professional and informative on how he cleaned my air ducts. He was efficient, clean, and hard working in doing his job. If you ever considered on having your air ducts cleaned Lance is your guy from Honest Air Duct Cleaning. I compared the costs of other air duct cleaning companies and they all were more than double the cost of Honest Air Duct Cleaning at there regular cost of $150.00 which is an outstanding deal in itself. I was lucky to get their $110.00 discount deal through Angie's List which the discount savings more than paid the cost of joining Angie's List. Also, I usually consider hiring a company that has earned Angie's "Super Service Award" and believe me Honest Air Duct Cleaning Company has earned that award with their pricing and the great job they do.

I don't know when (if ever) the air ducts were cleaned in this home, but some parts of the ductwork were so caked with dirt and animal hair, the tech Lance needed to scrape it off! Lance was able to squeeze me in even earlier than I had scheduled with his office. He was exceptionally personable, polite, and professional. He provided me with information concerning the ductwork for the various cooling systems in the home (there's an AC unit AND a swamp cooler unit on the roof.) Overall, a wonderful experience. Would definitely use them again.

Lance was our serviceman and he did an outstanding job! He was on time, did very professional and an excellent job!!! Our duct system was completely stopped up with dust, smoke, dog hair, and Lord only knows what else. Oh and he had to work with cleaning 20 vents! When I walked in for the first time after he cleaned them it was like Heaven!! Thank you guys y'all did a fantastic job for a great price!

Lance arrived on time and finished in an hour. He cleaned the 11 vents in the house and even removed some ancient insulation and bagged it up. This was my first air vent/duct cleaning, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But, so far, so good. It's been one day, so can't say yet what difference it has made. But it was on my to-do list. Glad I got it done.

Due to an earlier job taking too long, serviceman arrived late, but everything went perfectly for me. The serviceman was extremely friendly and helpful, and I learned a lot as well as seeing a good job performed.
