Honest air was able to replace the vent i with the correct material, and sealed up everything in one day. The difference in dryer performance is such a major upgrade.

Everything was clean, the person let me know how long it would take and did a great job. He also found where one of the ducts wasn't installed correctly and will come back to fix that.

The hard-sell approach of the service person was unrelenting as he persistently tried to sell us services and products we did not need. Over-priced for the quality of work performed. This was such a disappoint, we had a great experience in the past with a company off of Angie's List and we realized, after the fact, we had hired a different company with a very similar name.

Eric arrived on time and performed all tasks efficiently and was personable as well as professional I had concerns on how to make our inside air even cleaner because of my wife's health conditions, and he had a Reme Halo air purification unit in his truck. I was familiar with the technology and had it installed. We are very pleased with the results of the service and the positive effects of the Halo unit. We took advantage of an Angie's coupon for the initial service request, and we added the cost of the Reme Halo unit. We have asked them to come back to install a needed filter air return for the master suite in order to balance the air flow from the hvac system. We will also have the ductwork sealed with Aeroseal on a future visit. Very pleased with this company.

I am impressed by the professionalism of this company. My questions were answered honestly on the phone and by the technician, both of whom told me things that I didn't know and that any homeowner should know. After calling several other air duct cleaners in my area I was amazed by the price and extent of work for that price that Honest Air provided. The tech vacuumed and cleaned up after himself and put furniture back exactly where it was. I'm surprised they don't have all the people in the county as customers. Maybe they will if they continue with the price and service they have now.

Service was great! The A/C ran so nicely after Eric was done. I felt bad for the guy because it took him a couple hours in the heat of the day, but was very thankful because he told me straight what needed and did not need to be replaced.
