Description of Work: Lance was on time and great - in spite of my German Shepherd being suspicious of him and barking for the first 5 minutes. :) he rolled with it and got right to work - some of my vents were not assemble correctly by the precious owner, and Lance even went to his truck to get longer screws so they were put back in better condition than he started with!
