The technician was prompt and very professional. He explained how the job was going to be performed and then began the process. The price charged was exactly as it was quoted over the phone. We would hire them in the future.

The technician who came to the house was pleasant, knowledgeable and did a great job. He was clean in his work and was very polite. He was also very honest that many of the ducts were clean and did not charge me extra for doing little to a clean duct. The pricing for this service from this company is very competitive and the quality excellent. There was a small incident the day of service and the owner as well as technician made it right. I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them

The tech arrived on time and gave us an estimate before starting. The estimate was accurate to what was discussed over the phone. We are very happy with the service provided. They were able to come out to our house within a day of calling. I would recommend this company to anyone needing duct cleaning. The only down-side was the extra charge if you wanted to pay by credit card. I was notified of this when I booked the appointment and I appreciate that there were no surprises on the day the service was provided.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Scheduling was easy and the process was described very clearly from the beginning. Called on Thursday and was scheduled for Saturday. Tech (Jeff) arrived exactly on time, counted the vents, offered some suggestions, and gave me a detailed estimate prior to beginning work. Part of their system is a set price/vent and they did offer doing the exchange vents for $5/vent which I decided to include. Jeff did state that most of the time these weren't dirty, but I wanted to be complete since $30 was worth complete cleaning. :) He did his best to not disrupt the household activity as it was on a Saturday. The job was completed in about 2 hours. He paid extra attention to vents we suspected had issues and we are VERY happy with the results. We will definitely use this company again if necessary in the future. :)

WONDERFUL and the PRICE IS RIGHT! They are not kidding when they say they are honest--which is hard to find these days! Called on Sunday and left a voicemail. They called back promptly on Monday morning and could have actually come on Tuesday, but I had a conflict. So, they came Wednesday. Jeff was very, very polite and prompt. He described everything in detail and answered all of my questions with ease. He told me about a few screws that were missing in my ducts and said he would replace them if he had any that would fit! SO NICE! The sanitizer smells great--lemony--but, not overpowering! He was in an out in 45 minutes--which was great since they have to turn the A/C off! Overall wonderful experience! I will recommend them to everyone!

Called and schedule an appointment. Very friendly office person (Savannah) who answered all my questions. I was given a window of time and the service tech arrived as scheduled. He explained everything that he would be doing and asked if I had allergy problems because some people have problem with the deodorizing and sanitation spray. I did not and the scent t was very clean smelling. Very professional and left everythng neat and clean. I will have them again to clean the vents when needed.

I called to schedule the appointment, and the representative was very helpful and informative. She seemed to be very organized and their first available appointment was the following week. On the day of service, the technician called ahead to inform us he would be there in 15 minutes. He arrived and worked very hard. It took a little over 2 hours to clean and sanitize the ducts. The technician was very polite and cleaned up after himself. The vacuum was pretty loud, so he courteously moved it into the garage as soon as he was done in the front part of the house. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend Honest Air Duct Cleaning to friends and family.

Very nice company and technician.He took care to remove vent covers that had several layers of paint, leaving minimal touch up areas. He did a much better job removing the vents without damage than I could have. Only a very small amount of drywall crumbs left behind, he cleaned up at each vent.

Since Branden received so many favorable reviews we were hoping for him but couldn't accommodate our schedules, which turned out to be fine because Jeff did a great job. Punctual, polite and careful in lifting the vents that had been painted over. Showed us where dust had and had not collected in the vent system. Dilligent about cleaning up any debris that had fallen in removing the vents. There was also little dust generated during the cleaning. Good experience and fair price, would use again.

I called on Thursday and they were out on Saturday for me as well. I saw another review stating the same. They gave me a quote over the phone and that is exactly what I paid. The gentleman who got here to do the service was very professional and was very conscious of keeping the floors clean even though I had just moved in and there were boxes everywhere. He walked the house with me and counted the registers to ensure there were no surprises. It was obvious that the previous home owner had never had the ducts cleaned - and it was built in 88... He had a job in front of him. Before he finished he asked if I or anyone in my family had asthma or may be bothered by the scent in the sanitizer. I was glad that he asked because my son does have asthma. He did a great job, I feel better knowing that the air coming out of my vents is not coming through a tunnel of dust, dirt a grime, and that my family is healthy. The office called afterwards to ensure that he did a good job. It was a great experience and I will use this company again.

Contacted Honest Air Duct Cleaning on a Thursday and they were at the house on Saturday morning. Did a great job quickly and professionally and their pricing is amazing for what you get (cleaned, sanatized and sealed all ducts). Exactly what we needed and plan to use them in the future as well as recommending them to our friends and family!

Very good - time window was from 12 - 1 and he called about 12:45 to let us know he would be there at about 1:15 due to traffic. Did a great job.

He was a very nice guy. It was a good experience all around. He was very professional and got up on the roof. He did a great job, showed us what was wrong. He was honest about everything and there was no pressure at all.

Job went great. Branden showed up on time and immediately got to work. He worked non-stop until the job was complete. At this point he walked me through a few problems he found with my system.Cleaned up all his equipment and left without trying to sell anything else on me.
