I absolutely love it when contractors are punctual and Lance was perfectly on time. He got right to work with removing the registers, vacuuming out the ducts, cleaning the registers with a soft brush vacuum attachment before re-installing. He also cleaned the return vents and replaced the AC filters (I supplied the filters) while he was at it. He cleaned up after himself, wished the family a good day and was off to his next appointment. AAA+++ Angie's list contractor.

Chris was on time, very efficient and taught me about air ducts. For two weeks, I had very awful allergies (sneezing, plugged up, runny eyes, no sleep and no energy). He did not find excessive matter in the ducts that he cleaned, but found the filter FULL. Now some fours later, my head is clear. So, the message is: Change filters once a month. And if ducts are loaded, call Honest Air Duct Cleaning. Thank you, Chris.

he was very polite, explained the process, cleaned the vents and then cleaned up after himself (just a bit of dust from vents that had not been removed in years) and then left. Few good and efficient.

Honest contacted me prior to the service reminding me of my appointment. As well, technician Lance, called me a few minutes prior to his visit of which he was right on time. We walked the house together and identified the number of vents that needed cleaned. He explained the entire process and got busy vacuuming out the ducts as well as the dryer vent. Lance also educated me on which air filters to install at which time I immediately went to the hardware store, returned home with them and Lance was happy to install them for me. I am well into my senior years and doing it myself is not an option so I really appreciated it....and those are not just words. This was my first service using my Angie's membership and I fell I have already received my money's worth.

Honest Air Duct cleaning was very responsive. They could have come the next day but it was not convenient for me. Lance, our "Tech", was very prompt. He was professional, friendly and clean. He cleaned our 26 vents and 3 return vents with no problems. He was informative as he worked and he even checked our attic for leaks, etc. He was very careful not to make a mess and when he left there was no clean up to do! We thought their price was very reasonable for what they do. We would highly recommend Honest Air Duct Cleaning and Lance to anyone who needs their air ducts cleaned.

Chris arrived on time and was very courteous and cleaned up all areas where dust and/or dirt had fell on the carpet or tile.

Arrived on time. Explained procedure and cost. I had asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned but he pointed out that there was only a short distance between dryer and outside vent so no need for added charge. Honest, professional and didn't leave any dirt/dust behind.

Honest is a great company! First of all, they're honest! Second, they do fine work, are on time, and are very reasonable in what they charge. I had a very positive experience as the friendly and courteous technician thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent, four returns, and 16 ducts. My house is 44 years old and don't think the ducts have ever been cleaned. They were dirty, and he removed a lot of filth. They were also painted over so I appreciated how careful he was not to cause damage when he removed and cleaned the covers. I would use this company again and would highly recommend them to others!

Came on time, great guy very concerned with not letting any dirt fall on floor of house. I was 100 percent satisfied.

The technician arrived early- wow, who doesn't love that! He cleaned the entire houses' HVAC ducts, removed vent covers and reset the openings for maximum effectiveness, replaced intake filter (we had one available to use) and cleaned up after himself before leaving. This house is 36 years old and its ducts had never been cleaned before. We are waking up less congested and feeling less stuffy throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again. The technician was neat, clean, very professional - a credit to the company.

He did a, great job, and explained everything to me that he was doing and how to take care of my air ducts and filters. He was very considerate about keeping things clean while he cleaned each air duct. I was very please with his work and would refer Honest Air Duct cleaning to anyone.

They came out and were wonderful. It was fantastic and they were very friendly. They were here when they said they would. They were thorough and were in and out. I have also recommended them to other friends.

Honest air did a great job cleaning our ducts. The attendant was friendly and helpful in all areas. The cost was upfront and he even said my dryer vent didn't need cleaning. We are happy with their services. No haggling about extra services.

They did a good job. I don't have any complaints on them. They had a good price and they showed up on time. I didn't see any issues with the air ducts after they have left so everything seemed to go just fine.

He did exactly what he said he do as well as explaining why I'd been having trouble getting the house to cool off. Not only were the ducts dirty a previous own closed most of them hoping to concentrate the air to one part of the house. He explained why this doesn't work and set the vents to work properly. (Just impedes proper air flow=more $ on SRP bill).

Mr. Orr did an excellent job, he explained what he was going to do and showed us that some of the air vents were on wrong. He was very professional. He also made sure he cleaned up anything from one vent before moving to another.

Outstanding! Branden Orr (Owner) is very conscientious, courteous and efficient. He called ahead to confirm the appointment, then called again to say he was en route. He carefully explained what he was going to do, performed a small piece of work, took a photo with his phone camera to show me the difference his cleaning had made (shocking!!), then went to work.Very neat and tidy worker and very pleasant throughout. No wasted motion, very focused on the job. Branden is a sole proprietor, does all the work himself, and is Example A of an American small business person. He and others like him are the backbone of our American economy and way of life. I recommend him without any reservation whatever. He deserves to be successful.
