I called Honest Air Duct Cleaning based on reviews here on Angie's List and they totally lived up to their good reputation! They had an opening available and I was able to get scheduled quickly and at a time convenient to us. Chris showed up promptly and got right to work. He worked quickly and without a mess (which I really expected considering all the dust we have). The job was completed in a timely manner. Chris also gave us a lot of helpful information about our HVAC system. Since the job was done, the house smells better and we are getting airflow more evenly through the house. I would recommend this company to family or friends and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. Great Work!!

The service was punctual, professional, and fast. The vent covers had been on incorrectly and they made sure to put them back on correctly to provide the best air circulation and reduce heating and a/c costs.

They were very prompt, polite and efficient. The job they did was excellent and the allergens that plagued me are gone!! I'd use them again in a heart beat!

We had rented our home to three bachelors and two dogs for 3 years. They rarely replaced the intake filter. The filter was black and totally clogged and the 11 vents and duct openings were lined with filthy dirt and hair. Lance was very courteous and worked very efficiently. He warned me that the vacuum noise might be a problem, but it was not. The vacuum was outside in his vehicle parked on the street. He had a long vacuum extension hose long enough to reach all the rooms in the house. He completed the job in about 30 minutes. Afterwards, he explained all that he found and had done. He checked for leaks and did not find any. The price was great. Another company quoted me $400 for the cleaning and $300 to seal all the air ducts. We turned the A/C on for the first time on April 29th. The A/C unit outside our master bedroom runs quietly and the cooled air is fresh and clean. I am very happy with the cost and results of Honest Air Duct Cleaning and will use them again.

I was under the impression that it was a service you should get done every year. I had them do it last year. When they came out they were honest with me and told me my air ducts did not need to be cleaned.

Made mistake and refunded cost of service. Also used vacuum system less robust than I expected.

Chris was great!! Very nice; very personable; knew his stuff; came prepared; was patient... I I had even been locked out of my house when he arrived and he let me daughter and I sit in his air conditioned car until we could get in the house shortly after. Will definitely use Honest Air again. Amber, scheduling, was even wonderful!

I was disappointed with it. My air conditioner now makes a sound that it was not making before. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. I wish I didn’t even have the service done. The scheduling was fine. They sent one person out to do the job.

They were professionals, cleaned up after their work, and they explained everything they were doing. They did not try to sell us anything extra.

I had a great experience with this company. Chris came out to do the job. He was great. Very friendly, punctual, and professional. The price was reasonable. My house smells good. The sanitizer is not over powering, but a light fresh scent of thyme and lemon oils. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get their air ducts cleaned. You won't be disappointed. My dogs even loved Chris and they are a touch bunch to please!

They were fantastic. Very professional and clean. They knew what they were doing and educated me about some stuff. I asked if they could come earlier and they had a cancellation and gave me that spot. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The vendor had an opening earlier than our scheduled appointment and since it worked out for both of us he came at that time instead. He clearly explained what he was going to do before he started. His process used no chemicals, which was very important to us. He was professional and courteous, and did not leave a mess. I would recommend the vendor again.

I can't say enough great things about this company! Lance was: - Professional - Punctual - Courteous (he even hid the machine in our spare bathroom to cut down on the noise!) - Efficient - A LIFE SAVER!!! Lance arrived at 9:30 am, is professional and friendly and does a good job. Overall good, fast service - one hour exactly from arrival to departure, cleaned all air ducts very fast. Also cleaned dryer vent..
