The review dated 5/25/18 is from my job (I did not post the review; someone called and asked me questions about the job. I'm not happy that a review was placed online without my permission). They came out and looked at the problem, which turned out not to be nails sticking. They fixed the issue and I am quite happy.

When we needed a new roof, I reached out to numerous roofers for bids. Hardacker Roofing was one of the first to respond by actually looking at the roof, getting me a bid and following up, without becoming annoying. Once all the bids were in, we selected this team because of their professionalism, price and knowledge. They didn't disappoint either. Clyde came by regularly to check on the team, make sure the area was kept clean (my tires thank you) and the work was being performed correctly and to our satisfaction. We noticed a small issue after the fact, I called and Clyde came back over immediately to make sure everything was taken care of. It's been a long time since customer service was a priority, I'm glad it's not forgotten with this company. I'd highly recommend.

They used nails that were to long and they are sticking through my patio roof. They did a good job over all, but because of the situation with the nails I will most like not recommend them or use them, again.

Great! they're wonderful! They follow up quickly via email and I didn't have to go out to watch. Clyde is very good and his wife seems to take very good care of the business.

In preparation for installing solar panels on our roof, I invited 4 roofers to evaluate and improve the condition of our 27 year old roof to ensure optimum function and durability for the life of the new electrical system. Complicating factors included 5 existing skylights and the proposed addition of 3 solar tube light fixtures, to be integrated into the layout of 52 photovoltaic panels. Also, due to the age of the roof, the original concrete tiles are no longer available on the market, so existing materials had to be recycled and supplemented with current tiles in such as a way as to be aesthetically unobtrusive. Clyde Hardacker's analysis and proposed solutions were the most practical. His pricing was not the lowest, but was quite reasonable in the wide range of responses from the other contractors. Going with the lowest bid would have certainly entailed sacrificing some degree of confidence in the quality of outcome. Work was performed quickly and skillfully by his competent crew, with first-hand involvement by Clyde at critical milestones. Clyde also personally performed finishing tasks to ensure the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with the outcome and would enthusiastically recommend Clyde Hardacker for any roofing project.
