Description of Work: Called to get virus off my computer. The setup process was very uneven depending who I talked too - frustrating. Geek Matt showed up on time. My hope was I would get an ACE and I did. The manner Matt conducted himself and his level expertise was way up there Thanks goodness. Matt Was an A+++ technician The support leading up to the service was very uneven. There is a need for better training for some for initial customer contact. Some were real good, others were not. The main thing my virus problem was solved by Matt. Over all a B rating. Matt as I said was an A+
