They responded quickly to my call. They stuck to their price and did not try to do extra work or sell me anything. Serviceman very polite and honest. Price seemed very reasonable.
Description of Work: Cleaned coils and serviced both air conditioning systems. They also confirmed good differential between both units.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE DID HAVE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM INITIALLY BUT THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO SERVICE REQUESTS AND WE FINALLY GOT EVERYTHING WORKING WELL. THE TRANE AC IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN OUR OLD ONE. REALLY APPRECIATED ITS SUPERB COOLING DURING THE HEAT WAVE. THE COMPANY DOES SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH BEING OVER SCHEDULED (THEY ARE VERY BUSY) MAY NOT GET OUT TO YOUR HOUSE UNTIL MUCH LATER THAN SCHEDULED. BUT THEY ALWAYS ARE VERY APOLOGETIC AND DO A GOOD JOB.

FROSTLINE HAS FRIENDLY PEOPLE. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND WORKED QUICKLY TO GET US AIR. VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER OFFERS.
