Description of Work: Bill did a wonderful job by leveling out two areas in front of our garage and installing blocks to keep the area level and then installed two huge pots, filled in the dirt and planted asparagus ferns in each one. He then installed solar lighting alongside our driveway and sidewalk. Took out unsightly draining saucers from underneath extremely heavy pots in our back yard. Bill has done other work for us and comes every two to three weeks - he is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable. We will continue to use him and have already set up another appointment.
