Wonderful job. I couldn't have asked for better. However their communication was lacking in that they were supposed to call before they started the job. I showed up and the tree was already gone. The left my lawn in great shape. I am grateful for that.

Tree Pro was courteous, on time and had me inspect their work before leaving the site. Top notch crew and have recommended them to the neighbors.

They were very good and fast on the tree trimming and removal of all limbs and cleaned my yard, which is very hard as I live in the middle of a three unit and have no alley. They had to walk a ways beside bushes and then to street. I had my trees deep fed and that was were the problem was I did not think about the drip system, they hit it three times, but I called the company and the next day a very nice man named Joe come and fixed my dripper in 30 minutes. Everything is great now and I know where my drip system is to tell them next time.

I was going to have a half dead tree cut down, Tree Pro's wanted me to try and save it by giving it a shock treatment. They said they would come back and trim it in 2 months. So I can't really rate them until I see if they follow up. As of right now, a little over 1 month, I feel like maybe I wasted my money and should have just had it cut down, since it doesn't look like it is going to survive. But, they did come out when they said they would and the man was very nice. I wasn't home when they came out to shock it (my husband was) and he did not have any complaints.

They arrived for the estimate on time, which is more than I can say for Lee's Trees, who had two opportunities. They were extremely professional. The only problem I had was that two drip lines were damaged. They did repair it once I told them about it. Overall, I am very pleased with there service.
