They were very fast in response for work. They came the same day to quote the job. The day they were to do the work they were two hours late, but that was because they got tied up at a customer's due to the fact they were requested to do extra work. I can appreciate their commitment to service, and would expect the same if I had extra needs. Job well done all the way around.

The sales person who came to give us the estimate was very professonal. He also gave us information on how to care for the trees we were not cutting down. When they came to cut the trees down they did it very professionally and cleaned up completely after themselves. When they sent the other person to cut out the stumps he also was very professional and through, cleaning everything up after he was done. The teams were on time. I had a great experience with Tree Pro's. They responded within 24 hours of my online service request. I needed some advice on the health of my trees in front and back yard. The aborist who came out was extremely professional, informative, and nice. The team who came out to perform the trimming service was very professional. They nicked the trees a little bit, and I still see "wounds" on the trunks, but otherwise fast and great job! The person who did the fertilizer was also top notch. Thanks Servicemagic and Tree Pros!

Fast and did exactly what they stated. Came out to my house and cut down a huge limb from my neighbors tree that was overhanging my pool. Don't know how they did it, the limb was about 20 feet above my pool but they cleaned everything up and hauled the debris away!! Awesome job and very well priced!

I am in the process of trying to get them to get me a different queen palm. The queen palm they put in bends at the top. I thought perhaps over time the sun would draw it straight, but after talking with Moom Valley Nursery they said it probably will not. Moon Valley has offered Tree Pros a new tree, but Tree Pros is telling me it will straighten. So I asked for a guarantee, I would give it a year and if it has not straighten they will replace. They refuse to guarantee that it will straighten and refuse to replace it. I have more to say but am out of room

They did an excellent job! The men on the job were very polite. Cleaned everything up & my yard looked better than before they started! I would recommend them to anyone! Very reasonably priced as well!

Highly recommended! We had Tree Pros remove our nine queen palm trees (all over 75 feet tall) and to stump grind 2 of them. They are friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Most importantly, they were eager for our business and worked to meet our needs (instead of us having to work around theirs). The crew was on time (and ALL of them were legal Americans). It took them about 2 hours or less to remove all nine trees and to clean up all of the debris. Later that day, another man came to grind down the stumps. He was careful to turn the grinding machine away from all windows. They actually accept credit cards, which is awesome!

The work was quick, the crew was professional, and I really felt that they cared about their work.
