The tree-trimming work done by Elite was very thorough and professional, including all clean-up and removal. They also gave us a referral to pull up our travertine pavers, remove the intrusive tree roots underneath, and replace the pavers so that everything looked brand new. We will definitely use Elite again when our trees need to be trimmed.

I submitted the request mid-morning and was contacted right away. The showed up around noon time and were available to commence right away. Which they did. During the first half hour it started raining and just got harder. They had to stop because it started getting harder. They waited about an hour and it started to let a bit so they went out and completed the job of cutting it down and cleaning up. They were soaked when they finished but they did a good job. Thank you for the assist.

I had two olive trees on my front yard that need to be removed. As I'm on a budget, I got a lot of bids done before I chose the company to do it. All I got was a bid from these guys, Elite. As soon as I did, WE WERE DONE! They wanted, LITERALLY, three times the price to remove two crummy olive trees then the guys who ended up doing the job. No thank you. Can you say overpriced?

The crew was very good. Came on time were very efficient, was able to communicate with them easily. They did all I expected and cleaned up pretty well. I was charged an additional $50 above what I had agreed to though called advisor who said he would take care of it yet it was not. Otherwise rating would be higher.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Honesty, integrity, something you do not always get. They did a fabulous job! Gus and Jen are the best! They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is 1000% satisfied with the work.

The crew from Tree Pros did an excellent job. They were well-trained, experienced, and professional. The foreman closely monitored what they were doing to get the shape we wanted, and the area was left as clean as if they had never been here. We spent seventeen years having our gardener carefully trim them to have sculptural, light-weight branches and a wide shady canopy like an umbrella that could withstand monsoon winds without breaking. When they became too tall for our gardener to maintain, we called Tree Pros, who were highly rated on Home Advisor. We were afraid they would cut them too much, but they did a perfect job. The trees look beautiful. We would highly recommend Tree Pros.

Tree Pros has been our go-to company for over 10 years for pruning our bottle and china berry trees. The arborist and tree trimmers have always done a good job, and their customer service has always been good. Until December 2021. Our bottle trees are well over 40 years old and very tall with a beautiful shape (except where SRP pruned the canal side in the past). One tree in particular has always been a favorite tree, despite the pods it drops. In December, arborist Kyle came out and I asked if the couple of branches near the top of the tree facing the house that were shading my vegetable garden could be removed, and no more than 15% of the tree pruned. He said they could. What they actually did was TOP my beautiful tree and removed at least 25% of it, (but not the 2 branches that I requested). Itâ s my understanding that an arborist would NEVER top a tree. In addition to it looking terrible, itâ s bad for the tree and future health and growth. I contacted them and Kyle came out quickly and took pictures. He agreed that they took more than the requested 15% and when I asked if the tree trimmer was new, he said no, but theyâ ve had several complaints about him. Then why was he sent out to my home? Kyle offered to fertilize the tree as compensation, but I didnâ t want that (Iâ ve had punctured drip lines from trees being fertilized in the past}. Iâ ve emailed them twice (1/22/21 & 2/14/21) asking for them to come out in a couple of years when the tree has had a chance to recover to remove the branches that I originally requested that are still there at no charge. They have not responded to date. Needless to say, theyâ ve lost my future business.

I hired Desert Dreamco to remove my palm tree, remove all bushes and pavers in front yard, remove old rock and replace with new. The office personnel as well as the crew were very good at what they did. They were experienced, professional, honest, helpful, kind and they completed the project as I requested. Roberto was easy to work with and very pleasant. I will hire them again.

A certified arborist came out and diagnosed what needed to be done to help my heat-damaged trees. He advised on watering and fertilizing techniques that might help them. A few days later someone treated the trees with fertilizer, leaving more for me to use. A few days after that a crew of tree-trimmers trimmed dead branches and even cut out a couple of uninvited trees that wanted to take over the existing ones. The crews were courteous and professional. They are great with customer contact plus they have so many ways to communicate. Text, phone, email and they respond quickly.

I received a call back the same day and set up appointment for a quote which I received on site. Scheduled appointment for tree removal. They arrived promptly and got right to work. The crew were fast efficient and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy I went with Tree Pro's
