Great team for both tree removal and stump grinding

Did a good job. A couple of things, the path to the backyard gate has my 2 trash bins along that pat, it was probably too narrow so they moved the 2 trash containers out to the yard but they did not put them back, also 1 of the chairs from my patio was sitting on the side of my house. I also noticed a branch or 2 that was very low hanging aprobably should have been cut off.

Don't retire on one job pricey but good.. now if it works, pay and hope

David did a wonderful job grinding a stump for me in a very small space. He took great care not to damage the brickwork. I would definitely recommend Elite Tree Service!

Elite did a great job trimming our large trees. Very careful about not letting limbs fall on the roof and landscaping below. Would highly recommend.

Set up schedule for service and texted me the day prior to service to remind me when they would be at my house and then showed up within the time-frame scheduled. Very friendly, and professional.

I used Elite Tree Service (your recommendation). It was a frustrating “start”! I was informed by Elite Tree Service they would call me the next day. They did not call. Before retiring for the night I sent an email telling them that I did not receive the call that I was promised. I did receive a call the following day. They booked me an appointment, for another week out. At this juncture Elite Tree Service wanted a review from me. I returned their review and told them it would be poor as they hadn’t even started the job, coupled with the fact that I had to follow up on the contact call and was not happy that I was pushed out another week (per our original discussion). Getting off to a rocky start, setting up the time and date for the actual tree removal was rather cumbersome, as well. In the absence of space, I will say once the removal of the tree started, they did an excellent (and fast) job!!

The crew was very professional, they respected our property, very knowledgeable at what they were doing. The office informed me the day ahead concerning what time of arrival and they came and got the job done in a timely manner.

I contracted with this company because I wanted a licensed bonded and insured company that would do a good job of safely removing my dead 45 year old pine tree. I told the contact person I did not want the tree dropped but wanted it roped down to the ground. I made sure that he included the roping requirement in the contract. And the contact person assured me they were trained and would rope it down. When the crew arrived they parked in front of the neighbors driveway. They pretended not to understand English but eventually moved the truck. They immediately started to drop the 60 foot plus tree into the street. I stopped them and called the contact person. One of the crew started talking English and I told they could not drop the tree they had to rope it down. He then said that was not necessary. I told him I had a contract with his company to rope it down and for him to call the contact person. After a few minutes they reorganized and began climbing the tree and roping down the limbs. They seem to understand and did okay for a while. Then as they started removing the large trunk sections the dropped several large sections then came down and dropped the last 14 plus feet of trunk in the yard over my sewer service. I called the contact and sent him a photo of the huge trunk piece. He texted me back that it was normal procedure. I told him I was disappointed in the way they did it. He texted me back that ?that there was no wrong way to cut down a tree and long as it was safe.? I replied that I had an agreement with him to rope down the tree and was disappointed that he did not make sure they did that! On the good side the Elite crew that came to grind the stump were very polite and did an excellent job. Including the cleanup.

We hired Elite Tree Service to remove and grind the stump of 2 very tall and large Mexican fan palms that had been in for 20 years. Austin was responsive, on time and suggested other palms for our yard that would handle the Arizona heat. The crew showed up within the time frame and had the trees removed, grounded the stumps and cleaned up the mess; was really happy that I went with them and will definitely use again and recommend!

1st choice to hire when ready to complete job. personable, fair price, supervisor present for work to assure done according to expectations.
