Great price and customer service. Contacted Elite via Anglie's List on Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning Ryan had contacted me and was at my home by the early afternoon. Punctual and no other hard core selling to make additional money over estimated cost. Will only use Elite Pest going forward for all my pest eradicated. We contacted Elite Pest Pros after discovering termite tubes in our garage. Ryan, the owner, promptly returned our call and made it a point to stop by the same day to inspect the situation. He was professional, thorough and clearly explained several options (all of which were very affordable) for treatment and prevention. I had some termite presence when we were selling our house. Bought the deal for termite treatment with a 1 year warranty for $275. A great price compared to other companies. They were quick to respond and easy to schedule with. The house was vacant and under lockbox. They did all the work with me even having to be there. Everything was done over the phone and email. Very convenient. They emailed me the receipt with the one year warranty. Overall, a great experience. Thank you.

Ryan, the owner of Elite Pest Control called the same evening I made the purchase on Angie's List. I called back the next day and we scheduled for the following day. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained termites and their habits to this non-Arizonan and completed a thorough inspection. I have used Elite Pest Pros several times for termite inspections and treatments. They have always shown up on time, Do a thorough inspection and If termites are found they come back out out and spray. Very professional and friendly. I have compared their prices to several other companies and have always been the cheapest well guaranteeing their work. In my business it's important that I refer the right people because its a reflection of myself. Elite Pest Control has always taken great care of my clients which in return makes me look good. I use them for all my pest control jobs and will continue using them in the future.
