Ryan is the owner of this business. Said he would be here between 9 and 11, showed up at 10 sharp. Perfect. He called at 9:30 said he was a half hour out. Very polite, excellent price, and he did an excellent job. Treated entire perimeter of the house, took about 2 hours. Explained all of the work he had done before he left, I couldn't have found a better company to do business with. I highly recommend this company, hope he doesn't change the way he conducts business.

Very well. Ryan was very punctual and professional. He explained the work he was going to perform to rid our roof of a bee colony. We also asked him to spray our garden to control a rare bug and he returned two days later with the exact insecticide to stop the bug infestation.

Ryan didn't lead me on when he saw it was an ant swarm. Instead he did a very thorough inspection inside and outside the house and found termites both in a downstairs bathroom and especially around the garage wall. He showed me termite tunnels so I understood. I purchased a package at a very competitive price that included Termidor pesticide. He went immediately to work and did an excellent job. Another reason I'm giving Ryan a perfect review has to do with what a knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and hardworking gentlemen he is. He took the time to explain everything he saw and did. I believe he is as good as it gets if you're looking for an exterminator.

While the hive could not be removed due to location, there were no further signs of bees after the treatment. I appreciated Ryan making an extra effort to get this done on a busy, very hot weekend in July. I will have him back to seal the holes and if the need arises for any other pest extermination in the future.

I am compelled to write a review of Ryan with Elite Pest Control Ryan is an outstanding young man, hard worker, professional, accommodating, He is a small business, working hard to build his business and reputation. He is very professional and very friendly. He worked around my work schedule and ended up working until after 7:00pm on a Friday evening. I never felt he was in a hurry to leave or get finished with the job. I was asking many questions (mainly to learn about the process) and he was fantastic to answer and explain everything. It really made me feel great being the homeowner, and knowing what service he is providing. I have used other pest treatment companies in the past - again with standard or expected levels of service. But I will absolutely use and refer Ryan for the future. I cannot recommend high enough. I am a military veteran, he excels all of the values of service.
