ECONOMY DOOR SERVICE

I was backing out of my garage unaware the open/close button had been pressed. The door which was up began coming down. I hit it with my truck and smashed the bottom piece which the cable attached to nocking it out of the track. I tore three other rollers out of the track leaving the rollers scattered around the floor and the metal parts that attached them to the door smashed and one ripped completely out of the door. Mark came over and began working on it. He replaced some of my parts that were unusable with some used but good ones for free. He finished the job in about an hour and charged only for the service call which was $59.00. It now works as well as it ever did. Your pocketbook will be well rewarded if you use Mark's service.

I hired this company after getting a verbal referral form someone. My garage door would sometimes close without a problem, but then sometimes it would not. I hired him to come out and take a look at it. It turned out all my door needed was a simple adjustment and he was on his way within 30 minutes. He also performed all of the safety checks that were necessary to ensure that it will pass inspection!! Thanks so much for your AWESOME service!!

Economy Door was the contracted service provider by my home warranty company after filing a claim that the garage door was failing to raise or lower. I contacted Economy Door immediately after learning they were contracted as it appeared from their website that they possibly did not service my area. I spoke with Mr. Neese, who was very courteous and assured me that their company services almost the entire Valley. Mr. Neese stated that a contractor with the company would call yet that same day if they were in the area and had availability to perform the work or the next morning at the latest. I received a phone call from Mr. Neese at 8:30 the following day and an appointment was scheduled between 12:00-2:00 that afternoon. The contractor arrived exactly at noon and went to work, he removed the old bearings, replaced with new bearings, adjusted the door weight settings, and tested the safety mechanism. The work was completed in 30 minutes and within just over 24 hours of placing the call to my warranty company.

Called Economy Door on Friday, May 26 and promptly received a call back. The individual told me that he would pass my number on to one of the service men and they would call me to set up a visit. Service man called me on Saturday (Memorial Weekend at 3:00 pm, we were out of town). I contacted the service man back on Tuesday, May 30 at 11:00 am. He sounded as if he had no idea what I was talking about (I thought I had the wrong number at first), then he complained that it took me many days to get back to him (he called on Saturday and I returned his call on Tuesday, as Monday was a holiday). He said he was too busy to see me and he was going out of town in a couple days. He was going to pass my number on to another service person. Never heard from anyone. No one at this company sounded like they wanted business. Nor were they customer service oriented or even friendly (sounded irritated and no please or thank yous).

EXCELLENT RESPONSE TIME. AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS FOR WORK. PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WORKER. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THE WORK WOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR.

VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THE TECH WAS VERY NICE (MY WIFE DEALT WITH HIM AND TOLD ME SO).

VERY PROFESSIONAL, FATHER AND SON BUSINESS, SAID THAT IF IT DID NOT WORK, THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER THING IT COULD BE AND IT WAS OK.
