The job was replacing ropes on the dock. A little expensive, but they did good work and once started, did not stop till done. Polite and courteous as well. I will most likely use him again.

We really appreciated their companies professionalism, promptness in doing the work, setup and cleanup and the overall job they did for us. And they were very reasonable price wise, doing even more than they quoted they would do. And about 40% below other estimates we got. We plan on rehiring them for more "handyman" type work in the future. A great company with great ownership and staff.

The work was done to my satisfaction and the customer service was great. I'm so happy with the results of the work... the house looks wonderful.

The men that came out from S & SJ Property Service were great. They showed up on time, did a great job and took the time to do a couple of additional repairs I had been needing to get fixed. He performed a litany of projects in my home from plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work and I could not be happier with the finished results. Some items not properly completed

I gave directions to install a shelf, and only had brackets installed. The microwave was attached to brackets, and tilted forward. Had to have him come back and install shelf. The extension for cabinet had a leg that fell out of the bracket set up. I asked for him to come back and it was better but the extension did not lay flush. Will have to fix ourselves. The murphy bed, they glued and extension and it fell off, no screw to secure. Then he asked for more money to come out and fix what should have been done right to start out with.

I would not exactly consider them pro's @ what they do. many thing's they did, I had to ask them to re-do. Jeno is very accomodating,hard working,& driven. His son is not so much. Some of his work was sloppy. Or, he missed areas to be done or didn't do them well. They were however very dependable & easy to work with. I felt Jeno worked very hard for his money & was very fair with his fee. The job could have been done better but this job was acceptable & they earned their money.

this is an excellent team providing excellent work, installing cabinets, hardware in bathrooms, and hanging valuable artwork in our newly rennovated home. they provide a quick response, and we've used them for other "handyman" services since the original project.
