Danny's Family Car Wash

It is a car wash but they also do window tinting. They did a great job. They seemed to be competitive in terms of the cost. As a result of that, I use less air conditioning in my car.

From the moment you pull into Danny's, the focus is not on what you want, but rather in a very pushy manner, they try to upsell you to a higher service level, or get a glass chip fixed, In other words, they work on getting you to spend more money. I have been very specific telling them that all I want is a basic, and then they say it isn't a very thorough car wash. This location for Danny's is absolutely the worst of all locations for this. One employee actually shot me the finger when I told him I was not interested in his glass chip upselll and refused to listen to his sales pitch. As many people as they have working there, most of them are up front, trying to sell you more, so the focus is not always on getting in and out quickly. The workers cleaning the cars work hard. I have had detail work done in the past that in other locations was done reasonably well and the quality of their car washes are fairly good. I have no complaints there, although the workers changed my radio station to a rap station one or two times. They own the market in Phoenix, but I am currrently looking at other options, and would urge the same..
