After working for a long time, he dtermined he couldn't replace cartridge in shower handle (couldn't get out piece out and I've heard of this happening). Had to cut hole in bedroom wall to fix. Because he forgot to previously disclose this could be a problem the company is paying for wallboard repair (not stucco/paint though). Opted not to replace disposal due to high cost. Will use catch basket. Services prompt, Profesional and plumber knowledgeable YET I suspect replacement parts much higher than if I had prepurchased. Granted they need to make money but 650.00 for top disposal seems alot. Also I was promised some workmen names and numbers and still waiting for while viewing insulation in bedroom and guests coming to our new home....but shower works😉

I was going to call another company but saw that Bumble Bee - AZ ha better reviews on the app I was looking at. Not knowing who to call I took a chance and called the Bee. Shianne answered he phone - very professional and courteous. Told her what was going on - thy first walked me through shutting off the gas and the water to the tank. Safety and my wellbeing first is a plus in my book. They told me not to worry that they would reroute a tech to my house ASAP to assess the situation. @ 35 minutes later Ken come driving up in a bright looking B Bee truck. But before he arrived I received an email from them telling me exactly who would be arriving at my house. Ken was super professional, right off looking at the water damage in the garage and walls he recommended that we check the two other adjacent rooms and sure enough water in the living room and carpet. Ken recommended that I call my insurance company because it was a bigger problem. Ken gave me options and helped me relax. It really felt like he cared. Long story short the water heater is on a temporary platform and working great. I have every intention of having Bumble Bee - AZ come back and remount the water heater when the damage and mold treatment is done. I hope their next tech is as nice as Ken, because if he/she is - they will have my business for a long time. Do I feel if the price was reasonable - never had this issue before so have no idea and I did not have time to shop around I the situation I was in. But I would recommend that if your water heater is more than 10 years old - replace it and don't wait like I did and now I am dealing with bigger problems.

I was given a call from Bumble Bee Plumbing prior to when the serviceman came out and also sent an email with his picture so I knew who to expect. Jae arrived within the time frame given. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. After accessing what needed to be done, he expertly removed an existing faucet and installed an updated one. It looks and works great.

It went great and fast! Diagnosis, Blue Stake, and all the work completed in less than 24 hours. Jim coordinated everything so smoothly. We feel like we protected the value of our home by having this work done. They even gave us instructions on how to avoid root growth in the future. Bumble Bee is our plumber.

It went fine. Called to request service at about 9:30 am...Ken arrived at about 1:30 pm, and work was complete at about 5 pm.

On time, communicated throughout the process, attention to detail, stayed until it was done right, cleaned up.

Ken called when he was about 30 minutes away. When he arrived and I was unsure about some things he answered all my?? Went & got the water heater,installed it, cleaned up the mess all while being very courteous and professional. Will definitely call for him the next time I need a plumber!!

The water supply line from the city is copper, but apparently to save money when building the house they transitioned it to PVC for the 30 feet it takes to get to the house, then back to copper at the house... go figure. These connections are prone to failure - the PVC piece that screws into the copper supply often cracks when you have a copper to PVC transition (according to Jim, who has fixed a lot of issues like mine). Mine was worse in that the PVC running to the house went off at about a 10 degree angle from the copper supply, so there was some bending and as a result long term tension going on that probably led to the PVC piece cracking. Understanding all of this, Jim took two steps to make sure the problem doesn't recur - he used schedule 80 PVC to screw into the copper supply (thicker and less likely to fail than schedule 40), and he put in a series of elbows that had the effect of relieving the tension from the 10 degree angle between the supply and the PVC running to the house. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair. I don't know how much it would have cost from another company, but the cost certainly wasn't outrageous - I think it could have been a bit cheaper, but it was fair. It was also quoted upfront and I paid exactly what was quoted.

I thought the drain was leaking out in the garage where my washing machine was, it turned out it was not. I mentioned that my kitchen drain always backs up so he kinda checked that. They were such nice people, a young couple. I don't know if the price was fair or not, he was here and I had to have it done & I said okay. It was late in the day, it was like 4 o'clock, and his wife said, because she answers the phone, I'll send him right over. She said he's got to finish another job and he was over here in 2 seconds. She was personable and he was, you can tell they're eager and they've got a family and they're working to make their life better, you can just feel all that. I didn't even ask him, he put booties on his shoes when he came to my door, I've never seen a person that works in your house ever do anything like that. He immediately showed me what it was going to cost, everything was done up front and it was my decision if I wanted to keep him.

so It went really well, I got 3 bids and he was the middle one, however the low bid I did not feel really understood what I wanted... It is also a plus that Mike uses email and also texts so I was able to be at work and still correspond with him
