Victor was friendly, efficient and did a great job.

I had extensive repair/rerouting done to the main entering the house and filtering system. The work took them all day and replaced several deficient items and materials. I feel a lot better, having seen the issues and the solution. Bullet dodged.

Luis and his helper were awesome to work with. They were punctual and honest and explained the problems with my water heater. I was given options and was not pressured. Work was done quickly and professionally. They were both so courteous.

The toilet seat was too loose for one of us who has a bad back. They replaced the toilet seat with one that was better for their back at no additional cost.

This is a tough one. The technician was extremely helpful and did a good job. But the pricing for 2 fairly simple jobs was insanely high. Fortunately, we eventually got the jobs completed at a more reasonable rate, but the initial estimate was so high it would deter me from using this company again. Great technician though.

Best experience I have ever had with any plumbing company. Everyone , starting with the gals that answer the phone to the actual guys doing the work were so easy to get along with and went way up and beyond what was deemed necessary. I recently had an exceptional experience using Bumble Bee Plumbing and with their technician Murphy. Bumble Bee Plumbing is clearly customer service oriented. Customer satisfaction with pricing, service and communication is certainly a priority from the first interaction through the completion of the service requested. Murphy was the technician that came out to discuss the options and costs. She was fantastic from the get-go. Incredibly friendly, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Happy to answer any of my questions and clearly making sure she was not pushing me into any decisions I was not comfortable with. Working with me on pricing and figuring out a solution that worked for me. On the day of service Murphy was out. Once again very professional. Very respective of my time, my home and any concerns. Not shying away from any questions I had. Work was done well and tested throughly. House was left in pristine condition. Couldn't ask for a better experience. A+++ company!

The washer and dryer install went very well. Both technicians were very courteous and took the time to explain concepts related to the plumbing in detail. Minimal effort was required from me, and both machines are working perfectly. I would hire them again.
