Description of Work: Left phone message 12:00PM, 3/20/13 and received no response.

Description of Work: I had leaks in my tile roof from the recent heavy monsoon rains. I initially called upon 3 different roofing companies for a repair estimate. When I contacted Buck Mountain Roofing they were courteous and responsive. However an earlier inquiry from a different roofing company was able to get to my job quicker and consequently did not use Buck Mountain Roofing. Would certainly keep Buck Mountain Roofing in mind though for any future needs.

Description of Work: Remove and dispose of existing roofing material. Replace all facia. Replace several sheets of plywood having dry rot damage. Install 130mph composition shingles, 20 ohagin vents at lower portion of roof. Install ridge vent. Install top galvanized top cap on chimney over existing stucco.

Description of Work: We interviewed 4 roofers to give us estimates on a twenty year old roof that was designed without ridge tiles. Our builder at the time told us we would have issues without the ridge tiles and true to his word we started having multiple leaks these last five years. All of the roofers bids came in within $ 5000.00 of each other, but we were impressed by Buck Mountain Roofing, because after a extensive inspection of the roof and flat roof areas Brian stated that he would not do them job unless it included a flashing of the chimneys and paraphet areas. Our original roofers had not done this, and the majority of our leaks appeared to have been a result of this. Other roofer bids included using the old tiles, even though we quote "might not get the same uniform look on the roof. " Their bids with new tiles were considerable higher than what Buck Mountain bid with new tiles. My husband and I researched on the Internet the importance of the flashing and were convinced that this was the way to go. The other three companies we had talked with did not even mention flashings as an issue. Buck Mountain Roofing got our ok, and the project began. We have over 10,000 sq. feet under roof, so it was a large job. The workers were efficient, delivery of tiling material on time and project was finished within a week of finish date. We had a fluke rain storm just after the complete roof was removed and only had the synthetic tar paper on the roof. The supervisor came back at 7 pm to make sure the roof was secure and make sure the paper was intact while it was pouring. I was given progress reports almost daily as to what to expect, and when we had an issue with a second story deck and staircase Brian gave us the choices as to what should be done and the monetary costs. The crew cleaned the area around the house daily, so there was very little construction debri around our house. We are now very happy with the monsoon season on us, we can enjoy the rain with worrying about having containers through out our house to collect the water. We are planning on building a guest house on our property within the next year and plan to have Buck Mountain Roofing do that roof also.

Description of Work: We used Buck Mountain Roofing who to repair our tile roof from hail damage back in October.
