Description of Work: Brian the owner and his crew had to put new underlay under our tile roof as we had a few leaks with each rain. We have used this company several times for smaller repairs and when we had our major re-roofing bided on Bucks Roofing was not only the best deal but once beginning the job Brian realized we would need new skylights. He explained to us why he believed it was the most economical way to go to replace them and found quality replacements for the best price. Most of all we believe he is truely a trust worthy gentleman as are his workers.

Dear Member, It is true that we were having troubles connecting through Angies List. You called to see when were going to do the work, and I, Brian, told you they would be there tomorrow morning, which was Thursday, and we where there on time and completed the job. Come to find out why I think we weren't getting the message notifications was because they are re-doing the contractor website which is the only way we can read members messages unless they email direct. Description of Work: Came to my home and said he took pictures that he would send and I never received. Had leak on roof and said he repaired the problem. About 4 months after called him and said the problem continues and he came back and said I need a stucco man for according to him that was the problem. After discussing with him that the leak was in the same spot as before and I didn't believe he got it right he said he would come back and seal the area. Well he came back and spent 10 min up there and put some dark gluelike substance on roof and problem continued. I then contacted several other contractors for another bid (not on Angie's List)and they took pictures and said it looked like he stapled with staples used on a shingle roof and not a tile roof and they said how does he sleep at night for he did a terrible job. Did not need a stucco guy but rather replaced some wood in the area and put paper down on the area that supposedly was repaired by Buck Mountain.

Dear Member, I just read your review, and I apologize you must have us confused with another company. If we had a re-occurring leak, I would have gone out myself (Brian) to verify the leak as we cover any future damage to drywall and paint repairs after we work on a job. The comments you made about "dark glue like substance" and "shingle staples" is not something we would ever do. So I looked up your name and address and went back from today all the way back to Jan. 2012, and your name and address doesn't come up. Also, if we deem a leak to be stucco problem, we would have taken care of it, as we do stucco repairs ourselves and don't tell anyone to call a "stucco man" or stucco company. I sorry you had a bad experience with another company. Thank you, Brian

Description of Work: Using Angie's email service, the company kindly let us know they could help with a roof estimate, set up a time on Friday between 11 am and 1 pm. Then, no one showed up AND no one called to let us know they wouldn't be coming or to re-schedule a visit. Disappointing.

Brian came out when he said he would, he was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained to me what had to be done and gave me a quote at the time. I had other quotes and his was the most reasonable plus he just gave one a feeling of confidence. He arrived for the work when he said he would, his men worked hard and he supervised them. After the work was done he inspected the work and did additional work that was not in the original estimate but things he saw that he felt needed to be done. He did not charge extra for this. This shows how conscience he is. The buyer of the property had other issues with the roof so before it could close I had to ask Brian to come out and listen and explain to the owner how the roof was tiled. He did this very quickly and he was very patient explaining everything the buyer wanted to know. He again did not charge any extra for this consultation. Brian went above and beyond what was expected of him. I can recommend him with out hesitation.
Description of Work: This was repair work to satisfy a Real Estate Inspection. Several areas of the roof needed to be repaired. One was to fix the overlap, or lack of on the roof vent area. He also replaced the built-up roof; the black tar substance.

Great. They are a good roofing company and stand up guys. The real proof will be when it rains, but I believe the leak is fixed. They seemed to use superior materials.
Description of Work: Re-roofed a section of my house in North Scottsdale. They found where more work needed to be done than originally thought and they completed the work at no additional cost. One tile fell and damaged my pool deck and the owner of the company came out and repaired the damage.

BRIAN CAME OUT AT THE DESIGNATED TIME TO GIVE ESTIMATE. EXPLAINED EVERYTHING COMPLETELY. HIS CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB ON THE RE-ROOF. HARD WORKING GUYS, DID A TREMENDOUS JOB ON THE CLEAN-UP! PRICE WAS IN LINE WITH OTHER ESTIMATES. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!
