AZ Movers & Delivery

So we saw add for movers and pretty decent prices for other we called about. We called AZ movers and delivery. Informed them of what we needed done. We need some items in storage and 3 pieces to house total of less then 8 minutes apart from house, storage and apt. Told them apt had stairs. We were told $250.00 flat. Well for that we said ok. Our appt was between 10 and 1 they were half hour early. Nice so far. Well meet the 2 guys one smelled so bad like turpentine and vinegar. But overall they were polite. First piece they go after is armoire and as they are getting out of bedroom they rip off the corner molding on door frame. Also I want to add was told $25 to use shrink wrap...Well ok no biggie. Rest of time at apt went smooth the helper must have been new since he didn't know how to handle stuff.(Granted I have been in delivery of appliances and moving for 20 years so I know details and also what to inform of). Went to storage first they used hand dolly with no protection under the sofa to move it and the tire made black mark on back of it. Mattress got scrapped on ground leaving mark. Overall wasn't too happy so far. Then we go to the house to drop off kitchen table and 4 chairs and the armoire and desk. Again I told them about the stuff and stops prior to booking them. I had them put table and desk in garage I was fine with that. But armoire in bedroom on single floor house. I do have white carpet in bedroom. Well they wheel in armoire and do a small spin and from the spin on one wheel left a black tire mark on floor. Not happy. So I get ready to pay and see bill of $362.00 when told $250.00 also forgot to mention that is for 3 hours they finished under 3 hours. Now I'm explaining to the guy what I was told. He calls supervisor and they take of extra 60 for hour travel time. Ok fine since we told them what was going on. Was charged $20 for shrink wrap and $25 for stairs. Well this was told to them at prior to booking why wasn't I informed then. So paid them $300. Went to call for claim about damage to molding and other stuff I mentioned. Guy said he does not work for them anymore. Try calling another number 5 times they won't answer. Finally get a call. I explain to molding and he said that can be fixed. Told them about carpet. He he said they don't clean or do anything for that. I have to understand that the hand trucks go in an out of houses to streets. Understandable I said. But protection could have been put down on white carpet. I mentioned cardboard or a blanket. He said they don't do that. He then hung up on me when I told him if I don't have something done I will go to small claims court. I don't like being this way but when I did delivery and moves you took care of a customer and things you never wanted a damage claim. I laid cardboard down or blankets down. So I will be pursuing this matter further. But steer clear of this company totally not worth it
