I spoke with Del Glenn to set up the appointment, excellent customer service. Explained everything to me was able to accomplish my schedule. Then the day of the appointment , the tech, Craig showed up on time, was polite, hard worker, took about an hour and cleaned up after. I?m very impressed I will use this company again in about 2 years to have the vent cleaned out again.

Came out to clean our fire burning chimney. Arrived on time, work was done quickly, and Craig was very personable. Entire living room was spotless with no mess whatsoever. My wife even thought the room was cleaner when she got home. Will definitely be using again!

Perfect job! The technician came exactly on time. He was extremely professional and meticulosly cleaned all the grills, brushed all ductings and finally also the ac units grill. He also cleaned the dryer vent. Then vacuumed and cleaned up. Lastly the sanitizing. The pricing was appropriate for the 5.5hrs of labor. Thank you Glen and his technician Craig for a satisfactory job. All the vent grills look spanking new. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs ac duct cleaning.

Craig got here exactly at the top of the quoted hour. He then explained what he was going to do, and 4 hours later, he had cleaned the floors and the tops of the exposed areas. Made sure all the furniture was covered and exceeded my expectations. I had my fireplace Chimney cleaned and Craig also totally clean the fireplace and it looked better than it did when I moved in.
