I have been doing improvements on my 20 year old home this summer. An item on my list was to get my air ducts cleaned. I used Angiâ s List for businesses. I had three businesses contact me. I am elated that I chose to go with Arizona Vent Cleaners owned by Del Webb. Mr. Webb contacted me and explained the entire process. I had received quotes from other companies, however no one went into the detailed explanation. The other companies also had to come out to give an estimate and if I didnâ t agree to their service I was going to be charged a fee of nearly 100 dollars. I did my research and chose to go with Mr. Webbâ s company. On the day of service the team of Kiko and his son Yuniel arrived on time. They were amazing. Their attention to detail and explained what they were doing as they went along. They were careful and covered my belongings with sheets and/or fabric, including my carpeted stairs. They are a great team. Yuniel did a lot of the detailed cleaning with a vacuum to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company, especially the team that came out to my house.

The technician was very knowledgeable. After cleaning most of the ducts he located a large birds nest in the out duct, outside on the side of the house. The fee was very fair.

The tech was very timely. Graig explained everything he was going to do. He also educated me on the overall process. He stressed the importance of being proactive about caring for your home. Graig cleaned the areas where he worked. he even vacuumed those areas. The communication was excellent too.

Had what I thought was a plugged dryer vent. Turns out that it was a crimped hose and a wall connection that was too long. The company that installed our washer and dryer never mentioned it. These 2 gentlemen were very knowledgeable and efficient. Kiko has been doing this for numerous years and he is a wealth of knowledge.

Careful and efficient

Scheduling the service was very quick. The technician was punctual, professional, and courteous.

I hired another company to clean my dryer vent as a warning light came on to check the vent on the front of the dryer. That company went onto the roof and passed a brush down the vent pipe, found no lint and said everything was good to go. I didn't think they did a very thorough job since they didn't pull out the dryer and check the flexible hose or the wall behind the dryer. So, I called AZ Vent Cleaners. On the phone they indicated that they always pull out the dryer to check the flexible house and to clean the vent piping starting there. So very thankful that I did. They pulled a huge rats nest of lint out from behind the dryer. When they went to the roof to clean from the topside there was no air escaping. So, they got into the attic and found that a flexible hose had come undone so the dryer was venting into the attic. That's why the other company didn't find any lint! So, that had to repaired. They suggested a solid pipe rather than the flexible house for added robustness. Now, everything is clean and repaired. The pricing is fair. I tipped the two technicians with lunch money and happily paid the cost of cleaning and the vent repair. I will definitely use them again in a few years and can recommend them to family and friends...

Honest and professional!

The Representative of this company did a great job. I had never had my vents cleaned before, so he really had his work cut out for him. The result is that our a/c is now much mectiveore effeffective. He also cleaned my dryer vent. I would recommend this company to anyone that is in the market for vent cleaning.

The texting communications to schedule (with Elizabeth), she gave me a time window between 12& 2:00, she texted me @ 12:15 saying tech was 5 minutes away. He arrived then, assessed situation and went to his truck, got needed equipment, came back in & went right to work. I saw how much lint he pulled out of ducts, quite a bit! He also cleaned out all of the internals of the dryer. Totally impressive operation, I highly recommend them!!

The technician arrived a bit later than originally scheduled, but the company advised me of the delay. The tech checked out the area, brought in the equipment, and got right to work. It was completed quickly and efficiently.

I was very impressed with Arizona Vent Cleaners from my initial phone conversation to the complete and very thorough work the y did on all of my duct , vent and dryer cleaning. Very hard working and pleasant employee who did the actual work. They completely cleaned up everything afterward.. The air in my house feels cleaner now and my sneezing all the time has stopped. It was worth spending a little extra to have such a thorough and professional job done . Highly recommend.
