the customer service is excellent. Had the appointment almost immediately. The tech came right on time. He was pleasant and professional. We had a little problem the next day, but when I called, they had the tech out within a couple of hours. Problem fixed and everything is working fine.

The techs that came to my home to clean my dryer vent were professional and expedient. Not only did they clean the interior vent system inside my dryer, but they pulled it away from the wall and cleaned everything thoroughly inside the back vent, and then went on the roof and cleaned the roof vent as well. The inside vent areas in my dryer looked brand new when they were finished. I highly recommend this company!

They did a great job from arriving on time and went above and beyond. They replaced my filter and even made sure my dryer vent screen was clean.

I still have the same amount of DUST to contend with even after a thorough cleaning of the Air Duct . ð ¬ I was hoping to have little to no Dust.

They did a great job! They even cleaned up their area when all done. I had a little concern over the sound of one of my vent fans and they went back in and checked it out for me, no problem! I would highly recommend them, and I felt that their price was very competitive and, fair!

Great experience from initial contact. Very thorough, professional, friendly knowledgeable. Dryer vent cleaning was way overdue and possibly a fire hazard. Significant debris removed (photo of area behind dryer) and everything was cleaned up before the service technician departed.
