There was no high pressure sales for extra work. The two service technicians were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. They worked the whole time and were not slack in their work. the customer service is excellent. Had the appointment almost immediately. The tech came right on time. He was pleasant and professional. We had a little problem the next day, but when I called, they had the tech out within a couple of hours. Problem fixed and everything is working fine.

The techs that came to my home to clean my dryer vent were professional and expedient. Not only did they clean the interior vent system inside my dryer, but they pulled it away from the wall and cleaned everything thoroughly inside the back vent, and then went on the roof and cleaned the roof vent as well. The inside vent areas in my dryer looked brand new when they were finished. I highly recommend this company!
