I scheduled an appointment for Memorial Day. I asked several times if that would be a problem since it was a holiday. I was assured that it would be fine. I had several projects I had planned to take care of that day but did not want to start any until the man arrived to do the job. My appointment was between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. I waited until around 4 with no calls and no person showing up. I called the owner and the response I got was, Oh, I forgot. My guy did not end up coming to Casa Grande today. I felt like it was lip service. My entire day was wasted. He did have a service guy come out a few days later and he was great. It was the owner who dropped the ball and had poor customer service. He was moving that weekend to Casa Grande so that was his excuse. Given that, he should not have scheduled anything.

They did a great job! I recommend them highly.

Very personable, very clean. I watched them do the dryer vent because Iâ d never seen that done. He was very thorough and even cleaned the floor where the dryer was, and he showed me how to clean the lint catcher. He and his son did a super job and will use them again when we get all the vents cleaned for the whole house. I highly recommend this company.

Kiko came out and professionally repaired the fireplace vent on our roof. He was courteous in demeanor and careful with our property. We would rehire this company without hesitation.

Worked out well. Thought they were coming to estimate cost to install a blower I had in a fire place. Gentleman who came went to work and got it installed. Probably here for 1 hr. Cost was $150
