I was out of town when they came so they worked with my wife. When I came home and went to use the dryer, I noticed that the dryer itself had not been cleaned like I had been told. We called them and they came back that same day to finish the job. Not sure how the oversight happened but I judge a company on how they handle issues as all companies have them and they were great.

The Techs who performed the service were very professional and thorough. Explained what they were doing well because I ask lots of questions. Adjusted the vent connector because it was too long. Good attention to detail.
