Arizona Vent Cleaners technician (Yuniel) arrived exactly on time and explained all he was to do. He cleaned all the ducts and even used a silicon lubricant to dress the bathroom fans. He checked the working parts in the heating system. When I made a move to clean the vent covers he had taken down, he politely said No, Ma'am, I will do that and proceeded to clean all. He even vacuumed the dust and debris that escaped his duct vaccum. Although this company was higher than the Angi list averages quoted, they did a superb job. I forgot to give him the new air filters I bought, but he would have put those in for me as well. I was very pleased and thought the price was well worth the work. Yuniel was a very hard worker, very organized.

Arrived earlier than time frame given (which was great for me). The technician explained what he would do and then showed me the results of his cleaning. Had the dryer vent serviced. Would recommend them without reservation. Thank you!

The owner was very thorough and knowledgeable when explaining their procedures and the technician did a good job. I don't believe that english was his first language, so his communication skills weren't ideal. The price for the job was very reasonable.

Very professional, arrived on time, protected area surrounding the fireplace, Technician worked efficiently and expertly. One step further: had the firebox painted with high-heat resistant black paint and this restored and enhanced the appearance of the fireplace in our family room. Great job! I highly recommend this company.

The work was fine except I think they accidentally walked off with my channel locks which were next to the fireplace. And it would have been better if the workers spoke better English.

They came and cleaned the fireplace but did not fix it. After repeated emails and calls no response. Stay away from this business.

Arizona Vent Cleaners did my metal air ducts, dryer vent, and chimney. When the owner of the business called me shortly after submitting my request on Angi, he detailed every facet of what they would be taking care of and I knew that I was going to be in good hands. The price was reasonable considering everything involved in the work. There was no disconnect between the owner and the employee that came out and completed the job - he was very professional as well as personable. Sometimes when I have service providers come out, I end up wondering if it was really the standard or the best I could do, but I genuinely feel like I got top shelf service that I can trust with this business. HIGHLY recommended!

While the work done was good, the technician did not speak English very well. All I needed was just a dryer vent cleaning, if I needed anything else I would not have been comfortable with the technician's communication abilities.
