Kiko was professional AND friendly. He showed me that the vent hose was crushed together and replaced it, cleaned the vent and showed me the amount that came out and put a block down so the dryer could not be shoved back again. I am relieved that the job is done and plan a schedule for the future. Everyone I had contact with was so friendly. I would recommend this company for it's services.
