Rarely these days does any project go the way one expects it to go. From initial phone call to completed job, Az Vent was everything one should expect. Respectful, informative initial phone call from the owner, who told me among other things that his staff "has been with me for ten years," and how he trusts them all to do the amazing job he knows they do each time, etc. Well, he was NOT exaggerating on that claim. In conversation, Kiko happened to mention that he had been with the company for over 9 years. Furthermore, he complimented the owner on being a great guy. Both Kiko and his partner were better than punctual...they were 10 minutes early. Best yet, they were finished & out the door 40 minutes later. During the job, I was curious about how much lint they would find. They found a LOT! See pix. They are a VERY efficient team, working so well that even I (an efficiency expert) did not notice any obvious issues in need of improvement. Dryer no longer overheats after the cleaning!

Kiko was professional AND friendly. He showed me that the vent hose was crushed together and replaced it, cleaned the vent and showed me the amount that came out and put a block down so the dryer could not be shoved back again. I am relieved that the job is done and plan a schedule for the future. Everyone I had contact with was so friendly. I would recommend this company for it's services.

By far, one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home maintenance technician. On time, cordial, professional and highly knowledgeable in techniques to correct the problem. He wasted no time and performed highly satisfactorily. I am beyond pleased.
