Had hot air blowing from our air-conditioning, called another company and got an outrages quote. Called Arizona Valley and Josh came out, checked the system and made the repairs at a vary reasonable price. This was the first time using this company but they are now my go to people for my air-conditioning problems. Thanks Josh

I have used Liberty for six years including annual inspections every May. We just had one done on 08 May and all was declared fine. I will note their service fee has gone from $75 to $125 over the past year. But, on Sunday 28 May our external system fan was not turning and the temperature began to rise. Now, if you have a cooling or heating emergency outside Liberty's normal business hours, forget having them respond before 'the next business day.' They have no 24/7 service, and no alliances with anyone to cover their customers in a crisis. You are on your own. I was able to locate a capable a/c tech with Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling on that holiday weekend Sunday morning and he was on site within an hour, diagnosed the problem immediately (a blown capacitor), and had me back up and running within 30 minutes. Cost was $340 for the call and parts. In speaking with the Liberty office manager on 30 May I was told that customers do not dictate their business hours. When I commented that their business phone goes to a virtual calling center and that center is not empowered to do anything except take messages, she was unapologetic. I am taking my business to Arizona Valley since Liberty does not care that I was left hanging.

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable. Today I had my mothers’ 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price! He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic. I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my "go to AC company" from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review!
