I highly recommend this guy not only for the quality of his work but for his focus on customer service. He always returns phone calls immediately and makes sure that everything is done to your satisfaction. I will definitely use him again when I remodel my kitchen. I wish I could bring him with me to Seattle to work on our other home!

we tried two other people who found the project was impossible because of the uniqueness of the hinge that broke. The hinge was very hard to find so I don't blame them. Marius however had the attitude of nothing is impossible. Marius made the impossible possible. He found the hinge. He fixed the cabinet. He was on the ball and provided prompt and very reasonable service. Use this company if you want someone who can get the job done!

For over 10 years I was in the business of managing contractors from all different contracting trades across the US, so I know a little something about everything that can and commonly does go wrong in construction, repair and maintenance work. This will be the first time I have ever provided a recommendation for a provider, so that should tell you something about the quality of work and experience that occurred when working with Marius at my home. The end product... Simply stated, the end product that Marius provided was simply beautiful. During the remodel, not a single contractor who entered my home could believe that the staircase remodel was not a new installation. He transformed my home's dated and not-up-to-code staircase into a modern focal point of the home. This was a large job with a curved staircase that also spanned the entire second floor. In addition to the staircase work, Marius handled our cabinetry work. This involved removal of the cabinets being replaced in the kitchen and bathroom as well as installation of new cabinets. Marius also assisted with the staining of our built-in cabinets across the home to match the new cabinets. The process... The end product was exceptional, but it was the process that really made Marius and ARAD LLC stand out. Like I said at the beginning of this review, I've seen a lot go wrong across my career of managing contractors. When you've got a provider like Marius working on your site, you simply won't have to worry. To say he goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction is an understatement. Marius demonstrated a professionalism and thoroughness that wasn't just a marketing slogan, but evident in his approach from the very start of the job. Safety was paramount for him, and for a family living through a remodel with young kids I was happy to know that Marius had my back. He custom built safety barriers for every space he worked on to ensure that my children were not at risk, and he timed the work in a manner that ensured that staining and fumes occurred when we were away from the home. Marius was highly detailed and even went the extra mile to fix other providers? mistakes on unrelated work when he encountered the issues while on site. (For no extra charge I might add!) Marius was highly flexible and was able to accommodate a difficult work schedule that had him working over Thanksgiving and through the weekend to hit very tight deadlines for my family's convenience. It is rare to have a provider who places his client?s family comfort and needs above his own. The last thing to highlight for Marius was his willingness to assist in work that he frankly did not need to provide. Whether it was in making recommendation for other providers like carpeting and countertops, or simply lending a hand when I needed to move heavy furniture or appliances, he was always willing to lend a hand. In the case of vendor recommendations, I also found his recommendations spot on for vendors who similarly provided quality work and fair pricing. In all, I will continue to use Marius for my ongoing projects and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a quality vendor who approaches each customer relationship as the life blood of his business.

I hired him to cut and install already measured baseboards. He came and stated he had an issue with removing some existing baseboards and replacing them with the new. He also had a problem with installing baseboards in my daughter's room and the bathroom where there is no baseboards. I'm not sure if he was just having a bad day or what the problem was. I was disappointed and felt he just didn't want to do the work. He wouldn't even give us an estimate and we told him we would pay more to have the work done - He told us to call Angie's List back and get a refund.

A most pleasant experience. Marius is very personable, helpful, and definitely went out of his way to do what he needed to do to complete the job in a very timely manner. We would not hesitate to use him in the future, or to recommend him.

Previous owner ignored a leak under the kitchen sink which caused the wood to warp and peel. It was a mess. Arad company removed the bottom piece of wood and replaced it with a piece I purchased. He had to cut it to size and he also reinforced it so it is just as sturdy as the original. It looks great. I am extremely happy with the results.

Marius' new baseboards were excellent and an improvement over the originals before they were water-damaged. We were most concerned about how the removal of the old boards would affect the walls but everything looks great. We will contact ARAD again for any finish woodworking needs.

We had a queen size canopy bed. We wanted the headboard and foot board but not the canopy part. Marius discussed how best to cut the bed frame and then did an excellent job. The bed looks like it was always this way-just what we wanted. Marius was polite, on time, and checked with us before proceeding, to make sure we liked his plan. He cleaned up afterwards as well.

Marius was great. Nice guy, good quality. He's a little "generous" with the nail gun, but otherwise the final result was great.

Great. Arrived on time. Took measurements and wood sample. Returned a week later and installed matching oak rail in 2 hours. Some overage on cost, but it was estimated and approved. I am quite happy with the result.

Marius showed up on time for both the estimate and to do the work. This was a small project which other services turned down because of size. He referred me to a dealer to purchase the moulding and I was able to pick it up. This saved me some money by eliminating his travel cost. He showed up as promised to do the install and did a beautiful job. I would definitely use him again and refer him to anyone.

The project has been delivered perfectly, on time and done accurately. I paid in advance 50% and then I paid the 50% after it has been completed but Arad invoiced me after I confirmed that I was happy with the work. It was also fast (surely faster than expected) and the house at the end was even cleaner than before.
