It was our job to sell my mother's home in a senior community in another state. It was a beautiful home, but hampered by a glut on the market, solar power on the roof which required a separate lease, two colors of tile on the floors, and a floor plan that was not the popular "open concept". We had not been in the home since 2014. It was up to Amy to go in, assess the condition, hire contractors for necessary improvements, list, stage, present, recommend revisions (paint kitchen cupboards white, cover the brown tile with white carpet) wrangle a very picky homeowner's association, keep in communication with us and finally find the right couple to appreciate and purchase this home. It took a year. This delay was not her fault. Throughout the process she was professional, determined, energetic, and in close communication with us at all times. She walked us through everything and made the whole process as easy as a long term listing can be. She is knowledgable, pleasant, honest, hardworking, and completely willing to go the extra mile. She was on good terms with the neighbors who lived nearby as well as our long term landscaper. She totally earned her commission, taking all the little details off us in an effective and timely way. I am enormously grateful that thanks to Amy Hall, a potential nightmare was successfully resolved. I would recommend her to close family and friends.

We worked with Amy to sell our home and couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. She walked through our house and gave a list of things we should address to ensure the best showing possible and the photographs she arranged for our listing were incredible. We quickly had new offers to consider and she helped us close the sale smoothly from our new location. My wife and I still talk about how positive the experience was and how all realtors should be like Amy! Thank you Amy!!!

She was on top of everything....she was constantly looking for new listings and would send me info as soon as she found properties that fit my criteria and was fast and efficient at setting up times to view them. Excellent, Outstanding, Awesome are all adjectives that do not adequately describe the job Amy did in selling my fiancee's home in Phoenix, AZ. Everyone pay attention please. Amy sold it in 3 days after it was listed! 3 days amazing! This was due in great part to us following all her suggestions. Wow, Amy is great. Really smart, and knows the real estate business inside and out. We bought/sold 10 homes over the past 35 years and Amy was the best agent we ever had. She proactively kept on top of everything having to do with the transaction. If something was moving slightly in the wrong direction or had the potential to create a difficult situation for us, she was right on top of it.

Amy was so on top of things as a real estate agent for today's market. She went through everything she would be doing and how she keeps track of our activity about the house. She lived up to everything she offered. She is a hands on realtor and is savvy about technology aspects of the listing too. We received 2 offers on the house the first two showings and sold the house in a few days. Her relisting of our house and her outreach to other agents made a huge difference. I've bought 5 houses and sold 4 in my life, but never had an agent that was so in tune with the modern market and the need for a sales model unlike that of the boom years.

Wow ! We originally chose Amy because of the great reviews on Angie's list, and everyone was right. We were preparing to sell our parents home in the Phoenix area from half way across the country and had no clue how to start. Amy walked us through the process, suggested things we could do to make the house more marketable, and had a small army of dependable, competent and cost effective contractors who could jump in and do work to get the house ready to sell. Then, once on the market we got a fair offer fairly quickly. Then the real fun began - less than a week before the sale closed the house flooded from a broken pipe. Amy took it all in stride, helped us and the buyer (who was great too) stay calm, we got the contractors back to work, got everything worked through and the sale still closed a little bit late. I wouldn't hesitate to use Amy again.

After Amy spent many hours, many days over many weeks, she had the property looking better than it had in a very long time. Then she immediately put it on the market, moved swiftly through negations on my behalf, sold the place in less than ten days. She was the only reason we closed on time. Amy maintained communication with me, the buyer's realtor, and the closing agency. Had she not, I feel that we would have gone through delays. I can't say enough about Amy and her talents.

Was in a pinch to sell our house. Called Amy on a Friday evening around 4pm. She picked up and scheduled a meeting at the house on the next day, Saturday, at Noon. Monday she had her cleaners out to clean the house, Tuesday she had her carper cleaners out to clean the carpet. Thursday the professional photographer came out to take the pictures, and the house went on the market Friday. By Sunday we had (4) offers, and one was a cash deal. The house closed two weeks later on a Friday. It doesn't get easier or better than that. Amy was always available and she kept us informed of everything going on. I would definitely recommend her.

Buying or selling a home is never easy and it is never stress free but Amy does everything within her power and then some to make this as pain free of a process as possible. Not only that, she has the ability the be creative when the situation calls for it and offer solutions and provide her clients with options, which is invaluable. She is a true professional and her personal and professional integrity allowed me to have that level of comfort that I required, (I am the kind of person that likes all the T's crossed and I's dotted). Amy was a pleasure to work with on every aspect of our home purchase. We found houses that we were interested in viewing, she arranged all showings to fit with our schedules, and she arrived promptly for each viewing. Amy is ALWAYS pleasant. I cannot say enough good things about Amy. She went above and beyond in helping me sell my condo. She took care of the repairs that were needed when I had to return to my home in Michigan and her contractor was excellent and very reasonable. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped me sell my condo within a few days of being listed. She is outstanding and she is amazing, and she deserves to be number one. She hired the best repair people. All the prices for her repair people were very reasonable and fair. She helped me with every single thing that she could. I ended up flying home to Florida and the house hadn’t sold, and she stayed right on top of it until it was sold. She was the most personable and professional relator I have dealt with in a long time.

Amy Hall is without a doubt the epitome of professional. We read her reviews here on Angie's list and decided to go with her based on the results. Amy was early to our first appointment at the house we wanted to sell, asked all the right questions, and addressed all the right issues. During the process of having the house listed she kept us updated with every showing; she would contact the potential buyer's Realtor and ask what their client's had said about the house and then convey the information to us. She was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of selling our house and if she didn't know the answer to one of our many questions, she would find out and respond immediately. Amy responded quickly to my phone message and we quickly set up a meeting at our home. She arrived on time and was very professional and obviously has been in the business long enough to be an expert. We had a great chat and she got back to us quickly with the information we had asked for. We are not ready to list our home but when we are, Amy will be at the top of our list for a Real Estate Agent.

Amy was wonderful to work with. She was responsive and was able to meet with us at all the homes we wanted to see mostly on our time frame. She kept us informed and gave us lots of opportunities and advice to make the best decision. We found Amy through Angie's List and she deserves her superior rating. Time: i First called Amy on 3/18/2013 to ask if she does apprisail and we closed on 4/30/2013. I live in Minnesota and my parents are retired older couple. They didn't have the energy to sell the house and 50 years of things they collected that were in the house. So I volunteered to do this. I found Amy Hall on Angie's list (first time Angie's list member). Finding her made my life and my parents life easy. I called her when I was down in Phoenix helping my parents move on a Monday. Met her Tuesday at the house with my parents and she was very profesional but yet made us feel like family right away. My mom is hard to please and is skeptical of all types of people but she loved Amy from the start. During that first meeting Amy understood our situation and recommended a estate sales company to help sell the things my parents were leaving behind. she set up an appointment that afternoon with them which was another dream come true. That company did awesome job on estate sale and cleaning house out for us to get ready to sell. By end of that week we had signed with Amy and had a plan on the next couple of weeks for them to inventory, price and sell my parents possesions. Me being in Minnesota and not wanting my parents to have to do any work at old house, Amy scheduled and met any repairpersons at house on our behalf. She volunteered this and I was thrilled to have her do this. She does it all and knows good people to do repairs. I could go on and on. The house was on market less than 36 hrs when we accepted an offer! When I first called Amy, I was just asking what she thinks our house would go for on market. Never dreamed that it would be cleaned out and sold less than 6 weeks later. Amy was always available for quetions and calls. A couple of days after closing she followed up to make sure my parents were doing good and wondered if we have any questions or concerns.

Our experience with Amy has been wonderful. We closed a few days ago, this was not our first house, but Amy has been the pleasant, reassuring, and most knowledgeable guide throughout the entire process. Her professional attitude, the outstanding communication, the careful attention to the details are simply remarkable. Our house choice fell upon a HUD property, which notoriously does not get realtors excited due to the difficulty of the process and the often-unpredictable length of the process. She knew how to deal with every situation, she explained the details of the steps to take, and offered objective answers, based on solid facts that guided to a positive closure. My mind goes to all the kind reminders, the constant presence to ensure that things would progress and always with a good, kind, heartfelt attitude. After my mother's death my brother and I had the responsibility to sell her townhome in Sun City West. As we live in Minnesota we used Angie's List to screen several real estate agents and identified Amy who had a five star rating. After also considering other agents we selected Amy. Because of her 5 star Angie's List rating we had high expectations for Amy. In fact her exceptional professionalism, timely communications, wise advice about staging the townhome, good insights about prevailing market conditions which influenced our final pricing and achieved our target closing price, and cheerful attitude throughout...together the collective impact of these accomplishments in fact exceeded our expectations! At one point in the process when a grapefruit tree in the back patio of the townhome needed trimming Amy trimmed the tree herself rather than causing us to search and then hire a handyman to perform the work. How wonderful is that!! My brother and I provide the highest possible recommendation for Amy Hall. She is terrific!

Amy Hall presented herself as someone who got the job done right from the start. She arrived promptly and answered our questions precisely as well as projected what the process would encompass. She assessed the house and set up the appointments for the work needed to prepare the house for sale. This included removal of furniture and odds and ends in the house as well as the painting and cleaning of the house. After our first meeting everything was done via computer and phone. We were kept up to date for each element of the process. In a relatively short period of time the house was ready for showing and we were presented with multiple offerings the very first day of its showing. Amy went through each offer and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each before we made our decision. Once that was done, the process for closing began. Everything went through with one major glitch which concerned our HOA and Amy helped us clear that hurtle. We benefitted from her driving force which primarily was to do whatever benefitted us. We moved to the Phoenix area from out of state and were referred to Amy by a colleague. We came to AZ for a two-day house-hunting trip and she quickly narrowed down the listings to those that most closely met our list of "must haves." She was very attentive to the things we liked and disliked. We really felt like Amy helped us navigate the Phoenix real estate market and make sure we were getting a good value for our dollar and avoid situations where we might be losing money paying for inspections/appraisals on houses she knew to be over-priced. I never felt like she was advocating for a house that was not a perfect fit just to get a sale. I really appreciated that she previewed many of the homes that we saw to make sure they were a good fit. Here's the best part...Amy went to preview one house and called very excited that she found "the house." She sent us lots of pictures (probably close to 60) so we could see every detail and the flow of the house. She took several measurements to make sure rooms were the size we needed them. We felt confident about her recommendation and put in an offer on the house without having seen it in person. The process was painless...it was very convenient to take care of most of the paper-signing online. Amy was very quick to return calls/emails/texts, was honest about the good/bad features of the homes we saw, and was very accommodating in taking us to see the house many times after we got to town before we closed. The house is perfect for us! We never thought we could find a house this great.
