I needed to sell my home and I'd emailed Amy based on the reviews I saw on Angie's List. She emailed me back the same night, and I met with her shortly thereafter to set up the listing. She had a number of suggestions for me to make my home more attractive to prospective buyers, and I followed these suggestions along with her pricing advice. When the home was listed she predicted I would get 'multiple offers the first week' (I thought she had her rose-colored glasses on.) Lo and behold, I did get multiple offers the first week, and ultimately secured a price that I was quite happy with given the downturn. My fiancee then opted to retain Amy as the selling agent on her home, and had an experience similar to mine. The home sold in approx six weeks and at a price she was extremely pleased with. At that point, my fiancee and I were homeless and staying in temporary housing. We'd found a home we liked -- a short sale -- and Amy began to negotiate this for us. The short sale ultimately fell through (Fannie Mae wouldn't permit it) but we were extremely impressed (once again) with Amy's knowledge of the short sale process, her level of communication, and her ability to coordinate and monitor. After the short sale fell through, we found a foreclosure home, and Amy advised us through the bidding process to emerge as the successful bidder. In summary, over six months, Amy was our agent on three highly successful real estate transactions (we also referred her to a friend, who used Amy to purchase a home in Anthem.) We would definitely use Amy for any future real estate needs, and wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell a home.

It was fun working with Amy. She lined up vendors who did quality work at reasonable prices, taking care of all the details (Amy even selected paint colors!). She priced my house correctly and we got a contract in just 2 days, even in this tough Phoenix housing market. I found Amy Hall through the 'Pages of Happiness' section of the Angie's List monthly magazine. She was every bit as good as that rave review indicated.

Amy was prompt and professional from the beginning. She gave us excellent advice on staging our home. We are very glad we took her advice as our home sold promptly at our full asking price.

It was a terrible buyers market everywhere, but especially in Phoenix. She knew when repricing was advisable and helped map out the pro's and con's of the offers I received. The house was on the market for less than 2 months which is phenomenal when you consider that many are sitting empty for years right now. The return wasn't what we originally hoped, but when you consider that many are taking terrible losses and even having to default, I can say that I am grateful to have gotten every dime of my investment back, including the improvements. Compared to how my friends and colleagues have faired, I did very well thanks to Amy's expertise and proactive thinking. It even appraised for less than the price it sold for, so I know she couldn't have done any better.

It went great! The process was smooth and as painless as selling a house could be.
