appliance repair
+ -1 moreThey never got back to me after the original diagnostics to do the repair, or inform me what was happening. All they did was take my $45 copayment
Description of Work: They failed to perform the service they were contracted for. Arrogant an unresponsive. They were contracted by my warrant company to repair my dishwasher. They did show up and diagnosed that the pump was broken. They were happy to take the $45 copayment . They told me they would get back to me when they would do the repair. For three weeks they kept on giving me the run around. The boss wasn't available, and he was the only one who scheduled repairs I had to keep on calling them, And kept on being told they would get back to me.They never did. I finally called my warranty company, that Mikes workshop was not going to do anything, and they agreed to give me a cash settlement toward a new dishwasher . I have no idea if Mikes can repair appliances as they never tried to repair mine. I would never do business with them, and would warn others of their complete lack of professionalism.
