Description of Work: Very responsive in helping to diagnose and repair a refrigerator-freezer in our garage. Called in the morning and they arrived later that morning. Explained what issue was and fixed promptly. Very polite and courteous. Would highly recommend

 + -1 moreMy wife took time off from work to be home on both Monday and Tuesday. They said they'd call Monday or Tuesday. After no return call on Monday, they said they'd be here Tuesday between 1pm and 3pm: then NO SHOW! Wasted day; wasted time and lost $$ from taking time off!! Awful! They didnt even call to explain why they blew us off!
