+ -1 moreWe had a great experience! Sergio was very good in explaining the process and communicated with us through the whole job. The price he quoted covered everything needed to complete the work. There were no surprises along the way. They were on time, the installation went well, good quality work. It looks great! Very friendly !! (we were referred to them from a friend that really liked their work and pricing)
Description of Work: Upgraded countertop in Kitchen to granite and all 3 bathroom counters along with a small vanity in the master bedroom.

+ -1 moreI am very satisfied with Sergio's service and quality workmanship. I spoke to him by phone on Thursday afternoon, met him at his location later that day to look at the choices of granite and got a competitive and fair quote. On Friday Sergio came to my house and measured the area and told me that he was going back to his shop to start working on it and hoped he would be able to have it finished before noon on Saturday, and installed no later than Monday. I received a call on Friday evening saying that he would complete it on Saturday morning and be able to install same day! It is now 12:30 on Saturday afternoon and my countertop is completely installed and looks beautiful. Sergio is the owner and has an exceptional customer focused approach to his business. I only wish all such contractors could live up to his standard of service. The entire process from first contact to installation could not have been better--and the fact that it all happened in less than 48 hours was even more amazing!
Description of Work: I needed a very small counter in my laundry room replaced with granite and I knew it was a small job that wouldn't be a priority for most companies. What I got was a beautiful piece of high end granite that was left over from another job, so I didn't have to buy a full slab. The workmanship was amazing, with extras thrown in like upgraded edging design. The end product was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for.
