window cleaning
 + -1 moreAfter requesting the money for the sun shades, which was $700, we have lost contact with him. He doesnt answer the phone or return any calls, so he basically has run off with our money and we have had enough!
Description of Work: He washed our windows and is supposed to install sun shades on our windows.

 + -1 moreMaking the appointment was fast and easy. Available date to have service done was quick. I was advised at the time I made appt with Joe, that the price of the window cleaning also included cleaning of bathroom mirrors and all ceiling fans. Tech arrived ontime, cleaned interior windows, I checked bathroom mirrors and noticed they were not cleaned as well as the ceiling fans. When I brought this to the attention of the tech he stated its not included only for tips. So I called Joe, received no return call why tech onsite. When tech was finished with exterior windows and screens he asked me if I had received a call from Joe yet. I advised no he said he would go ahead and do it as it was probably was a miscommunication between he and Joe. Well he cleaned the 2 bathroom mirrors and said he dusted the ceiling fans. I have 5 ceiling fans and no way in about 5 minutes can you clean 2 bathroom mirrors and 5 ceiling fans. So my fans did not get cleaned as quoted. For the money, the job done was a good value and I have clean windows!
