+ 0 moreChris toured the property with us and we gave him a list of things that we wanted accomplished. He talked us out of several things, and at the time, I thought maybe he was just being conservative. As it turns out, he just didn't want to do those things. We went forward with the project, the first task being painting the house inside and out. His painters did an amazingly horrible job. They forgot to paint window frames, slopped paint on the shutters on the outside of the house, painted some of the A/C vents the wall color, and some the trim color. It was ridiculous. While they were painting, they also broke our electronic roll-down window shades and when we told Chris about this, he said that it "wasn't his guys", despite the fact that they had been the only ones in the house that week. Chris also said that they were going to paint the garage the same accent color as the front door, which we were excited about. When the painting was done, the garage was the same color as the body of the house, and we asked Chris about that and his response was "oh, we don't paint the garage doors the accent color." This was a lie, he just didn't want to have his painters come back out and fix their many errors. After we made a list of all of the mistakes made by the painters and sent it over to Chris, we never heard from him again. It's been nearly three weeks now. Talk about unprofessional. Buyer beware . . . next time I'll do more research for sure.

Description of Work: Scope of work included: (1) repairing / replacing cracked tiles that were located at several locations throughout roof; (2) repairing / replacing missing roof tiles; (3) cleaning debris from roof that was noted under tiles and in roof valleys in order to prevent damage or leaks; (4) repairing underlayment of the tile roof in various around the exterior of the building; (5) repairing metal flashing for the plumbing vents and properly setting and adjusting the metal in order to properly cover the plumbing vents; (6) repairing damaged fascia; (7) Installing chimney spark arrestor; (8) demo of existing shelving in Master Bedroom closet, and redesigning with new shelves and poles for hanging to provide better functionality and efficiency.
